This toilet was easily installed by my handyman who stated that it was well constructed and should last for over 20 years. The flush is quiet and the tank fills so quickly with much less water than is necessary to do all the things a toilet is supposed to do. I am very pleased with this purchase and the ease of use. Use of this water saving toilet just feels good on the budget and on the environment.

Just renovated my bathroom and installed this toilet. I thought the double flush thing would be pretty cool. It is a bit smaller than the old toilet which makes the small bathroom look a little bigger. Did wish it had a little more water for using the number 2 button though. Overall, great product.

I had a handyman install it for me and he did it in about an hour. We had some leaking from the bottom after each flush, and he had to come back and put in a second wax ring on top of the first (which was extra thick) since this toilet sits higher than my previous one. It works great now with no leaking. It's quieter than my old toilet and uses much less water. I'm very glad I made the change.

Went in easy with no leaks and works great. This is the second one I bought for the house and now both bathrooms have one. Free shipping was an added bonus. Now I just have to get rid all the heavy duty cardboard boxes and shipping foam. I don't know why everyone doesn't have one.

This is a very good toilet. We've used this in our main bathroom in our 95 year old house, and it fits nicely in the small space. The installation was very simple and didn't require any adjustments for the water level. The flushing power is great, even on the "low" option, and we rarely have to flush more than once. The operation is also quiet during both the flush and fill-up. Overall, it was a very good purchase, especially for the cost.

I read several reviews before I actually purchased this product. It has exceeded my expectations. Everything, I mean everything goes down in one single flush. Although very little water is used, I haven't had any streaks or clogs thus far. What I also love about this toilet is how clean it is. I've had it for a little over a month now and still no rings.

I'm a "handyman" retired from regular employment and offer household repairs and adjustments to local clientel. I installed this toilet to replace a 9 year old unit that wasn't flushing properly. It went in very easily, installation took less than half an hour and my client reports that it is functioning very well.

Tank had a 4 inch crack inside. Someone tried to cover it up with a clay powder. Inspect carefully!!Looks like a bad casting also a glob of white paint was on tank. Very disapointing after waiting a week for it. American std needs to improve on there quality controls. Someone should have at least caught the huge glob of paint and the crack in the tank. . I really could not say on how it performs. I couldnt take a chance on install. Home depot was very helpfull and offered return or another one. It was packed for shipping very well.

purchased with a $61 promotion discount last December. It shipped free too. Installed in a late 50's home restoration. This fit the look and profile of the classic standard issue of that era. Fastest install ever. The house has some serious "green" features which made the dual flush aspect consistent.

I just had this toilet installed and the underside of the dual flush mechanism had the posts that controlled the flush broken off. I was able to cobble together a fix, but the entire lid of the toilet will need to be replaced and sent to me. I can send the existing lid and broken pieces ifyou provide me a way.
