Like the large feet. I'm 5'7", so this is ideal for working on an 8' ceiling. Like the stability for putting up light fixtures. It will take a few years to see about the durability, but it looks promising.

It's bigger than I expected. Very sturdy. Easy to open and close. The project tray doesn't fold to close as much as I'd like for storage, but that's it. I use it all the time inside the house. I keep it stored in the pantry.

Needed a step stool to reach high places. Checking other lightweight step stools at discount stores, I was not pleased with the quality of the products. I saw the EasyReach 3 step stool, what I like is it's OHSA approved and still light enough for me to carry (5'1" 7 stones). It works great! I feel this product will last me a while, I especially like the top platform step and oversize feet.

Very glad I choose this over the lesser priced stepladders.
Very easy to open and close compared to other models. I have 2-step metal one and that thing is a bear to open, where sometimes I feel like just giving up on it. This one has such an easy glide in opening that no effort is expended tyring to open. (now the tray/ledge is a bit more challenging but once you know to do it, it is also easy --you pull out on the bracket and then slide it down)
The added width of the steps and foot coverings add extra confidence when you are higher up.
Extremely pleased and would recommend.

I bought this stool to navigate those things out of my reach. I sometimes easily loose balance, so I needed to be able to grab on if necessary, that is why I picked this stool. I love that it locks in place and you have to push a lever to get it to fold up so you don't have to worry about moving it and it starting to fold up on you. That is also a great feature.

A great ladder for all in home small jobs..change the light bulb in the bedroom ceiling or install a new smoke alarm!
It folds for easy storage and is not too heavy to carry from room to room. The service tray on top holds the screw driver
for repairs or the repair putty and spatula. We use it so often I don't know how we got along without it!

This handy, sturdy ladder folds compactly and was perfect for putting Christmas lights on a evergreen. I didn't need a large, tall ladder, and this one is convenient for those tasks which I can't quite reach. (5'4")

I just purchased my first home and of course needed a ladder among a lot of other things but this ladder is exactly what I needed for all my fix it projects. I like the holders in the top tray so my tools dont roll off. I also like that it is sturdy and light enough for me to carry, easy to store. I would recommend this to anyone.

I borrowed a friends "other brand" and decided I need one of these ladders. I purchased one from yet another store and found it to be too wobbley. Then I bought HD's model and like it, however, it's not as tall or sturdy as my friends.
Cons: could be sturdier and lighter

I bought this ladder because as a senior I needed a ladder that is sturdy and safe as well easy to set up.This ladder meets all those needs. I use the tray to set things on when putting up or taking things down from shelves so my hands are free to hold on to ladder for safety purposes. The only slight con is if you need a really light weight ladder this may not be for you. It has not been a problem for me.

This ladder was purchased as a gift for a friend. He lives where the ceilings are at least 12 ft. The ladder gives him the luxury of reaching the high places to change light bulbs and retrieve items from the closets. He loves the tray and safety feature with the handle/brace for balance.

This is a great step ladder for someone that has a balance problem and needs to reach things up high. They can use the framework to hold on to while they are doing their work. It's great and I feel better knowing they have a "safe" step ladder.
