Good, solid, washer pan. Much more sturdy than the ones in-store. Only problem I had, is- I ordered the pan with the side drain, and they sent me the one with the center drain. I was able to work with the center drain, so it didn't matter in my case. Too bad they don't have these in-store, so you know exactly what you are getting...Overall, very good product though.

Yes, it costs more than the flimsy plastic ones, but if you have a first floor laundry and want to protect your floors and/or cielings below from a leak, well worth the extra dollars. Feel very confident in this product, and it will probably last forever.

good instructions for mounting the 1" drain that came with it although the angle you have to mount it could cause issues with the floor joists when mounting in a limited space.there were no instructions as to what to do with the center drain option.

Sturdy pan. Does the job. Gasket keeps a good seal, though I have not filled the pan full of water to fully test it.

This is a very nice washer pan. it is very heavy duty, and the lift out front wall is a great feature which allows you to slide washer out if you need to. It also has a 1 inch drain outlet that you can install anywhere you want, which is a big advantage..

Very well made, especially the removable lip to allow the washer to be installed, and the mechanism to attach it to the floor.
One thing to keep in mind is the need for a hole saw of the correct size. Also, when attaching the overflow tube, it would be best to attach the elbow to the pan first so that it is flush to the side of the pan. The directions could be better in that regard.
