Does what it's supposed to do. Already own the Shark floor steam mop but needed a steamer to get grease off the stove, clean blinds and this works pretty good. Cleaned the faux wood blinds in about a minute per window. picked up all the dust....pop on the garment steamer and clothes are wrinkle free in seconds. It does not replace a clothes press or iron, but for a quick de-wrinkle it's awesome. It only shoots steam, water does not shoot out from any of the attachments.

First I bought a steam mop that converts to a portable. It was cheaply made and messy. I sent it back. This Shark portable steamer does all it claims to do. I particularly love the garment steamer. It's almost as good as an iron but way more convenient. It holds a good amount of water so lasts a long time. The cord is quite long and reaches a couple of rooms at a time. I even steamed an area rug that I bought at a garage sale and got up a lot of someone else's dirt. Sprayed a little Shout on the stains and steamed them out. Highly happy with the product. Almost makes cleaning fun.

This machine has many parts that are interchangable for various uses. Problem: very difficult to get one part off and another one on. Parts are plastic [instead of metal] and can be breakable. I just bought this machine and now will have to back to store and attempt to find an associate that has the physical strength and/or magic touch to disconnect the wand stick from the tubing so I can use a different part. The idea is good - the are a variety of uses, but beware of anything made of plastic parts. This is user-difficult to operate. Hopefully it will get easier to operate over time.

Cuts through kitchen grease

My new rental house had what looked like years of nasty grease and residue under the stove-top hood. It took some scrubbing (using the scrubber attachment) but the Shark got through all of it and now I can see metal again. Worked way better than just using cleaning products, and no harsh chemical smells. The grease and dirt was litterally dripping off from the steam.
It doesn't have the best instructions included, but it's easy to figure out and the Shark website has a helpful FAQ section.

I saw the infomercial and fell for the hype. I had high expectations for a cleaner that would work well, and was mightily disappointed by this machines' weakness. It's really ineffectual and junky - buyer beware.

I hate to paint. So I have taken to "washing" my walls every spring to freshen things up.
After years of chemicals, sponges, terry cloth whatever. I needed to find an easier way.
This is it! It has cut my cleaning time in half with a lot less effort, no more scrubbing!
We use this for everything now. The acessories are perfect and the steam works like magic. From wrinkles to a dirty grill. This is a must have!

I absolutely LOVE this product. I have a neck injury and cleaning my house is painful for me. The steamer makes my housework a snap.Iit works great. I can get all those hard to clean places like the cabinet doors, bathroom walls and much more with very little effort. The dirt literally melts away. I recommend this product to everyone. Every house should have one!
