Review 2 for 9-3/8 sq. ft. Pine Beaded Wainscot Panels (12-Pack)
I remodled my game room and used this product on bottom half of the wall in the whole room. It looks GREAT! Was very easy to install and it totally transformed the room!! I'll be adding this in my bathroom as well. Oh how I love home depot!

No, I do not recommend this product.
Converted my garage into a family room and completed the work with this product--due to some architectural features, I had to make unique cuts on certain non-corner pieces.
The project was built last summer and the wood was unwrapped for at least four days before it was cut and placed, and the pieces were tightly fit.
This winter, the temperature goes down, the heat goes on, and this soft pine product has shrunk so much that the tongue is exposed on a third of the pieces and I can see through the wainscot to the wall beneath in five areas.
To fix I'll have to remove the chair rail, refit the pieces, buy some new pieces for those unique cuts (and dry them), repair the damage from the chair rail removal, put a new rail up, and restain and varnish the new pieces.

Review 4 for 9-3/8 sq. ft. Pine Beaded Wainscot Panels (12-Pack)
So we uncovered a monster hiding under old kitchen wall paper. Someone had tried to use stucco to make their own textured walls and failed miserably. We weighed our options and with Home Depot's web site we discovered the product above. It installed we ease using construction adhesive and finishing nails. Cutting the wainscot panels was easy with a normal saw, their size also made them a handy item. The price was well within our budget, easy to paint. An all around winner.

Review 5 for 9-3/8 sq. ft. Pine Beaded Wainscot Panels (12-Pack)
Product was exactly as advertised, good quality, fit well, looked great. Only problem I had was mentioned in another review - the product does not take stain well. I used minwax cherry stain, directions say to apply and wait 5 minutes max before wiping off. After 5 mins - nothing! Same after trying 10 mins, 20 mins and 30 mins! Tried 1 last time and left stain on for 48 HOURS! Perfect!!! 3 coats of polyurethane and it looks great installed now. Would use this again, just now know to give myself 2 extra days to prep everything.

Review 6 for 9-3/8 sq. ft. Pine Beaded Wainscot Panels (12-Pack)
I didn't have the staining issues that have been noted in other comments. Using Minwax® Red Mahogany, I stained, then wiped after 30 minutes. PERFECT!!! 2 coats of Minwax® Fast-Drying Polyurethane later, and it was ready to dry. 48 hours later, I have a great new ceiling.
