Although more costly than fiberglass, this stuff is way better. Just the fire resistance alone should sell you on this product. It's no where near as itchy as fiberglass, the r-value is better than r-13, it holds it's shape way better, and the sound deadening properties are noticeable instantly. I cut it with my serrated bread knife from the kitchen, without ruining it at all, and it cuts better than bread! Cutting around outlet boxes is just too easy. My wife was intimidated at first, but when she saw how much easier to cut it was, she was actually having fun doing it! I also feel better about it's resistance to moisture, since no house is built completely air/water tight. This stuff will pay for itself anyway in the long run and I strongly recommend it. I ordered mine online and the store had it all loaded on a flat cart in no time at all. A+
Yes, I recommend this product.

This is some of the best insulation that I have ever used. In my mind it is second only to sprayed foam insulation. Easy to work with, easy to cut (just use a butter knife), less itchy than fiberglass. Higher R value than fiberglass for the same thickness. It costs a little more up front, but it pays for itself in my mind.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Not much to say but this is 10x better then the pink or white insulation. Fireproof, mold resistant, good for sound insulation, and it doesn't itch as much as fiberglass insulation. It is just a more expensive than comparison but well worth the money!
