I read about the steady cut online and decided to order two of them for my place. I've since cut 4 full sized pine trees up and the steady cut makes it a piece of cake. No complaints at all with this product. But I found it pretty critical to buy 2 initially to hold the log up and then use one when you get to a more manageable piece. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

This product is very hepful when cutting most size tree limbs. We suffered a bad October storm in Western MA an tree limbs were all around, this made the cutting easier.

I bought this item for my Husband. He likes to do handy jobs around the house and yard. He loves it. Now he does not have to keep bothering for help. He can take it were ever he is working and he does not need someone to help. He has used fixing our fence adding a section to our deck. AND I did not need to go out and hold anythng for him. He also loved it to cut up a tree that fell in our yard this summer after a storm. He said it was great to cut fire wood. He just loves it! Best gift I got him.

I decided to give this product a try. It seemed that it would be helpful but I wasnt sure. For the price point, I was willing to give it a try. I am glad I did! Its simple to use and saves time. Its like having a partner whenever you need them. I actually picked up a few more for my buddies. Use it occasionally or alot, you cant go wrong.

As a carpenter I use my steady cut every day. It is super simple and saves me time and money because I don't have to take one of my guys off the job they are doing to hold a cut for me.
Its the simplest best investment I ever made. I only wish I had thought of it myself!

I helped a friend recently on his wooden deck and he brought this out to make my job easier cutting the lumber. It was a solid help and this made it easy for us to wrap up the job quite quickly in time to catch MLB playoffs.

Wow steady for sure! used it this fall for yard clean up helped a ton! Save me from running around casing logs when cutting! To easy to use! the best part safe and no more run away logs!

Got this as a gift and love it. For Carpentry work find I use it much more than my previous work bench. Also much lighter and portable and easy to store.
