I loved being able to pick up the bagster and to decide on my own when I actually wanted to use it. I was able to empty a LOT of wood scraps and other debris. All in all I had the bagster set up for a couple of weeks while I did the garage cleaning off and on. I liked not having to worry about incurring charges for the length of time I had the bagster. When I was done it was easy to go online and schedule the pick up. It was a little pricey for the pick up but a good value if you have no other way to get rid of a lot at one time.

Be smart and pack it with solid flat pieces on the bottom and keep the pile growth even and this thing hold quite a bit. No problems with pickup the arm picked it out of our driveway. Definitely would recommend and may use again in the future.

Aweomse product. Clever Idea. A HUGE Roll-off dumpster isn't always an option (location, cost, etc...) so the Bagster is the solution. Holds a TON, but small overall in comparison. More than half the price of a big rolloff, can get one in a cinch, Waste Management's employees are professional, safe, and courteus. This is just another reason why they are the best at what they do!

The bag is fine and, I suppose, worth the price as a giant garbage can. But do as I didn't - check the collection fee BEFORE you buy it. I grabbed it happily thinking I was paying for the pickup. I did not read the label so I have now found I was wrong - you buy the bag and then pay for the pickup and they keep the bag. The total is a little more than twice what I will pay to have the same debris hauled off by a local handyman with truck and trailer.

I had a large basement clean up project in my mother"s old house.It worked very well for us,loaded it up and everything was hauled away. A great item to have for cleanup projects.

I could never get a return call to arrange pickup. Not a good thing when these are filled up and ready for removal. I would not recommend at all until the service level improves.

Recently purchased two Bagsters from Home Depot to dispose of all tearout material from our bathroom remodel. Before filling, I lined up both bags one in front of the other along the side of our driveway to avoid power/cable lines etc. and still give us access to our garage. Both bags easily held all material, we signed the waiver for driveway access and were careful to follow the instructions included with the bags. I registered with Bagster online & scheduled the pickup on a Saturday, I selected Monday for my ready-for-pickup date & the truck arrived on Tuesday (next day) for pickup. Professional driver, backed right down the driveway, quiet truck and picked up each bag by crane with no incidents, no bag tears, spillage, etc. No customer service complaints here! Economical cost compared to other dumpster prices – I would definitely use this service again for any other future projects and recommend to others!

I'm remodeling the kitchen. The Bagster was great, just dumped everything into it, cabinets, countertops, broken tile and everything else but the appliances. I setup a pickup time online, they arrived the next day. They were so quiet and efficient, I didn't even hear them pull into the driveway. I went outside and it was gone! There wasn't a speck of debris in the driveway either. Just remember as you're filling it, to pull up the sides. The handles have to be able to reach over the debris for them to pick it up. I'll definitely use them again.

We gutted our kitchen, and the bagster held everything from old linoleum flooring to a large kitchen full of old cabinets! It was so handy, and it worked out fabulously for us - my husband actually asked for one for Christmas so he could clean out the garage!

I got a Bagster to use for a remodeling project. I filled it up with plaster and other construction debris. It was heavy but not heaped over the top of the bag. It was placed at the edge of my very wide and open driveway and I signed the waiver allowing them to come on to the driveway to do the pickup. When Waste Management came to get it the driver chose to DRAG the bag across my driveway instead of driving onto it. Then the bag tore and they left it sit halfway in the sidewalk. See my picture of the damage on the product page.
When I called to get this resolved, Waste Management offered to refund me the purchase of a new bag and didn't charge for the attempted pickup. So far so good, but they left me on the hook to move 3000+ pounds of material from one bag to the other! I already moved it once and it took a week the first time. I don't have a front-end loader or a skidsteer, just a shovel and a bad back. Transferring by hand is not an acceptable option. Waste Management basically told me I was out of luck, even though their driver ripped the bag I was responsible for the cleanup. As others have said their reps on the phone are very polite and apologetic but they can't actually FIX YOUR PROBLEM.
Thankfully another company was willing to come do the pickup even with the ripped bag and guess what, they're $40 cheaper! So the story has a happy ending but I intend to never, ever do business with Waste Management if I can help it. If you get this bag be sure to call another company to come pick it up because Waste Management couldn't care less about doing the job right. You wouldn't think getting trash hauled away would be so difficult.

Fits perfectly on my 4X8 trailer - primarily used for yard debris. Pick-up service is not available in my area, but don't really need it. Shipping was fast and the product is great!

We had a plumbing leak in our crawl space and had to clean out a large space and didn't have time to wait for a dumpster. The Bagster saved the day and contained all our garbage. I wish the pickup was a little less expensive but I hear it is comparable in price to junk pickup services and less expensive than a regular dumpster. A great solution in a bind.

I just finished knocking down a wall in my 100 year old house. Old walls=lots of debris. I filled the bag on my front lawn and Waste Management came during the scheduled time without any problems. The bagster was a better value than getting a small dumpster. It was perfect a small-medium size job and took up a lot less space.

Overall very happy with this.
Did a bathroom remodel so I got one of these and filled it very full with glass doors, tile, toilet etc.
The sides are not stiff so when you first put stuff in they can be annoying and get in your way untill you have enough junk in where the sides stand on their own.
Make sure there is available pickup in your area BEFORE you get this and also note the cost of the pickup. In my area it was $100.00 to pickup, well worth it for all the junk I had in there.
In my area arranging the pickup was easy, I signed up online with bagster and was able to schedule a day for them to pick it up. No need for anyone to be around when pickup happens, the folks just come with a truck and crane and they lift the bag into the truck no muss or fuss.
I was afraid with the weight of the tile & glass the bagster would rip/tear but no problems at all. Just make sure you set it up in location where truck can reach. I think it was 15ft from curb? Mine was closer to 20ft from curb and I let them know they could come up the driveway but when they did the pickup they were still able to grab it from the street.
