This DeLonghi 45-Pint Dehumidifier helps maintain your desired humidity level in your home. It features electronic controls with an LCD display to monitor relative humidity and temperature, and its front holding tank and transparent water level allow you to gauge the amount of water collected. Collected water can be manually emptied from the tank or can be drained out using the included 3 ft. hose.

While the fan on this unit runs all the time, it's not an annoying noise like many dehumidifiers make. Doesn't freeze up like the unit that it replaced, and does a great job of removing moisture from our basement. Easy to empty, and includes a washable filter.

This product works. It is a little loud if you are irritated by fan noise but it is not a big deal in that our basement is not humid anymore. Over all it works quickly and does not leak ( a former dehumidifier used to dribble all over the place). Overall I am very happy.

The dehumidifier worked well but the fan never shuts off, even when the set humidity level is reached. The fan noise was intrusive and I ended up returning it for a brand that shuts off when the correct humidity level is reached. It is best for spaces where you can close a door behind it.

Does a great job of removing excess humidity from our basement and, most important of all, it never freezes up. However, it lacks an automatic shut-off feature to turn it off when it reaches the pre-set humidity level; it only shuts off when the reservoir completely full of water or when the timer feature is used to set a specific length of time for it to run. As a result, this wastes electricity.

This is a great dehumidifier. Was recomended to me by a friend and I love it. I use it in my finished basement. The basement was starting to get smelly from a lot of rain. Pluged the unit in and two days later the basement smells fine.It is not very loud especially with the fan on low,which is all I need. Love the unit.r
