Shortly after the tornadoes swept thru our North GA 20 acre plot in the mountains, on a hillside with 30-40 degree slope, my little Case 220 (probably 40's vintage) just died. We had lost 13 full size trees - firewood which I needed to gather and split etc. So I ran to Blue Ridge GA Home Depot and bought a BD700 4 wheel drive, bare bones model. After a couple days I noticed the brakes weren't "working". Checked the master cylinder and there wasn't ANY fluid in there. Went back to Home Depot and talked to the salesman, he grabbed the manager who listened to my description of the problem. It took him about 4 seconds to offer me an exchange for an upscale model with roof and windshield - trucked to my residence the next morning. I built a 4 X 4 trailer with 3 foot high sides. I can stock the trailer with oak wood piled at least a foot over the top of the trailer. Wanda (that's her name cause she and I "wanda" all over the property looking for firewood) will pull that trailer straight up a 40 degree leaf covered slope without even panting. The oversize wheels make it perfect for pulling loads through the wooded area without bottoming out on stumps or ancient logs. The automatic 4 wheel drive is simply awesome - it's not even noticeable until the front wheels click a half turn and grab traction. For the price, and for the service, and for the quality, and for the ease of use, I would do this again without even thinking.

I bought this for yard work and plowing snow. got the lm650 of this with power plow for 82$$. Starts easy, strong but a needs effort to steer. noisy so less desirable for hunting. aftermarket mufflers aren't there yet. great for hauling stuff to dump. not that easy to service due to access. Its not a polari$ but you are saving 5k or so. consider where you have to take it for service in the future. Wife can drive this one

Good for the money. Hard to steer on a straight road. But I cruse through the woods, so its fine for me. Needs skid plates! No protection from sticks. Hour meter should be standard, not an add on.

I think the bd-700 is great. Lots of engine power for its size. Big gas tank lets you use it all day without needing to fill it up. Great value seeing as you can spend over double for other UTV's. Easy to get parts and accessories. I'm glad I bought it.

No, I do not recommend this product.
I bought this 700 in May 2012. had to put it in the shop immediately for carbuerator issues. ran ok over the summer to work around my 2 acres. December 2012 it was back in the shop for the same carb problems and dry rotted boots. Jan 2013 - carb is still not working properly, boots were on warranty and replaced, but now the tires are dry rotted too! I don't know how long Home Depot sat on this before I bought it. there is no mention of model year on any paperwork. I should have checked out competitors before buying

No, I do not recommend this product.
I did not drive this vehicle before buying. I would not have bought it if I had driven before purchase. Hard to steer, extremely noisy. and with the knobby tires it is very rough on paved roads.
