3 outlets to expand with. The one I purchased was outdoor rated and has had no problems with rain or snow although I don't recommend allowing it to lay in any puddles.

This adapter met and exceeded all my expectations. It gave me three outlets when I only had one. What else can iI say? Not much because that's pretty much all it does.
