I bought this unit to replace an older model Lasko that served me well for four years of full time use. I'm hoping to see the same reliable performance with this one. I didn't care much for the remote control that came with it but I found that the control for my old unit (which was larger and easier to read) worked just fine on this heater. I don't give five star ratings unless an item is exceptional and beyond manufacturers claims in some way but a four star from me is about the same as a five star from others. This is a good heater and a fine value!

With remote control a really nice feature, shopped everywhere on-line and this was by far the best heater at the best price. Display, function, heat, ergonomics. quiet operation, looks... all couldn't be better PLUS tracking info was provided within one-day and got here on-time from across the country within 5 days with no damage... Go with this one...

This is a replacement. I had same heator for approx 6 months-- worked fine with adeq heat and distribution, but then the heating element stopped working. So, I'm in the middle re a recommendation-- worked ok but expected it to last quite a bit longer. Hope I have better luck with this one.

Bought 4 of these little units, simple, quite, efficient. With high price of oil thought I'd take the chill out without cranking up the furnace. Cost almost nothing to run but saved about 35 gal. of fuel in 2 months.

After the water heater was installed, I found a large dent in the side, very disappointed. I carried the water heater from the store to my truck and to my basement and can verify that I did not cause this dent.

Works good, but timer only cuts heater off, won't turn on heater which would have been nice on cold mornings. The thermostat only works on high setting with fan running harder than it does on low setting. But my main dislike which isn't much is that the remote uses watch type battries(two). They come with it though.

I bought this for my dad's home, the heating unit went out and they needed something temporary to stay warm. This heater did the trick. It was used in the living area and it kept the family warm during those cold days. Totally recommend this product and it was very reasonable in price.

The digital controls and digital display are easy to use. But I don't use remote control. The heater is very quiet when it's working,which is very important to me, heats up room or area temperature quicker in a few minutes. The only problem is the dry air when I put the heater 2-3 feet away, but it doesn't bother me that much. Otherwise it's a great product.
