Yes, I would buy this again. What I do not like is that you must buy the handle along with the closure appliance. I have a speciality closure appliance that I much prefer over the included version, so now I have an extra closure appliance. Anyone buying? :-)

Perfect replacement

This handle is a perfect replacement for the 15 YO brass set I had before. I feel confident this latch will last for another 15 years. If I have a criticism, It's that the inside latch has a white painted finish rather than brass plated like the outside, but that was disclosed in the description so I knew going in. A big plus is this set is designed for a left hand swing door or for a right. Trust me. That's a big deal.

Direct replacement. Very expensive. The interior latch is plastic, and broke on the original. Couldn't buy just the replacement latch. Didn't need the closer, but had to buy it anyway, since it was a package. Replacement is plastic too, so it will probably only last as long as the original did.

Product enabled me to keep existing door - the spring in the old handle has broken and the latch did not keep the door shut. I hope this replacement latch lasts longer than the other one.

The handle did not EXACTLY match the one I replaced - but it worked fine. I could not find an exact match online.
This one was 50%-80% less than other ones I found and the shipping was extremely fast (3 days) and the service was GREAT!!!
