The smoker goes where the crowd is, with built-in wheels and a rear handle for easy mobility. Easily assembled, although the instructions could have used clearer illustrations. Accurate temperature control, simple temp and timer controls. Needs to be loaded with chips fairly often, as the hopper doesn't hold much, but if you follow the directions you'll get outstandin results. Highly recommended.

It can't get much easier than using this smoker! It's built very well, love the remote control, and meat probe thermometer is excellent. The only real work involved is clean up, but it wipes down very easy. My first use I made ribs and pulled pork which was some of the best BBQ I've ever had! No more guess work and walking in and out every 30 minutes to check the temperature, etc.

Smoker is wonderful ribs,brisket,pork,chicken,sasuage, and veggies this smoker is great! Keeps temp. Well nice glass door allows for viewing. Can use wood chips for this machine. Everyone loves the high quality BBQ it produces and remote temp control is great!!!

I researched for a few months on which smoker to buy. I finally took the leap and bought the MES 30 and I'm glad I did.
There's a slight learning curve with this smoker, mainly to do with the remote control. If you plan on using the remote, then you have to set your times and temperature with the remote. You can view the meat probe temperature by pressing the probe button twice. Do not rely on the stock meat probe's temperature readings. Sometimes it is on, but other times, it can be as much as 15F off. Do yourself a favor and pick up a seperate meat probe. Remote ones are pretty cheap and you'll find you're going to need a couple handy if you're smoking more than one slab of meat.
For the most part, this smoker is "set it and forget it" except for loading the chips. For the much sought after "thin blue smoke" or TBS, you only use a couple of chips at a time--which you'll have to reload every 45min - hour. The last thing you want are billows of smoke.
I've read complaints about the window (on other sites) getting gooped up from the smoke. All you need to do is wipe it down with water and paper towels.
I've made a couple of pork butts (pulled pork), whole chicken, and cold smoked bacon in this unit and can't wait to get some more meat in there.

What an awesome smoker! Just set the temperature, put the meat in, and walk away! Nothing to do except occasionally replenish the wood chips. Very well insulated. Gets up to temp quickly, and maintains the temp + or - 5 degrees. Makes it so easy to produce beautifully smoked meats.

1 control panel later and a heating element that s been on back order 2 months and counting, after maybe 20 hours of use this is junk.Masterbuilt rep tells me sorry about you problems but it needs to be trashed , look at a different brand anything has this smoker beat.

If you love smoked meat, this is a great product for you... I own two Master Built Smokers and I love them... One is gas and the other is this product... If I want to cook something very slowly, I use the eclectic. You set the temp and all you need to do is add some wood chips every couple hours... It holds temp like my oven,,, However, After the first time using this product, the window is useless!!!! It also has a remote that I haven’t figured out yet… I hope this helpful to you…

i bought this for my husband and he absolutely loves it!!! on cold and windy days, he doesn't have to worry about it staying hot since it has a thermostat and he doesn't even have to go outside since it has a remote control.

This smoker has everything! Meat probe, temp and time settings, window, light, four racks, and remote all included! It was easy to assemble, and it cooks beautifully! It takes a little elbow grease to clean, but we use it all the time. The only thing it was missing was a recipe book!

Easy to use, put together, works great. For my first time smoking, I have been really successful with everything thus far. Only thing is I cannot get the juices to run to the back but I may have the front lowered to much. Ill adjust that and we will see.

This is a fantastic smoker! My family has said I have smoked the best brisket and pork butt they have ever ate! It's so well made! I was expecting a cheaper made smoker but this guy is super well made! You too will be impressed!

Great smoker, easy to use. I do like the termperature control and timer. However this is the second master built smoker I have purchased. After two or three years the heating element shorts out and the unit pops the house breakers after you turn it on. Then if you try and buy a replacement element for it you find out it is not offered for sale because this product is made in China.......
