We were limited on space and money. This dryer has all the basics, a few bells and whistles, and does a fine job of drying. My only complaint is that it's no quieter than our old one. That was something I was hoping for, but it's a great value. I like that we can turn off the end-of-cycle buzzer so it doesn't wake up the baby (or us). I also like the anti-wrinkle setting that continues to tumble the clothes while they cool. It gets the job done.

I like the large capacity of the drum - it is able to hold a huge amount of laundry.
Machine functions relatively quietly.
I am still getting accustomed to the various settings.
I don't especially care for the lint filter. My old machine had one that was easier to empty.

I was considering a nice, expensive, front load dryer. Yet after looking I realized I did not need all the extras I would be paying for. I oped for this as cheaper and more economically sound choice and was quite pleased. The dryer works great so far drys pretty much any load on the energy preferred setting. I have had it for about 2 months with no problems.

After just 2 years of using this dryer the motor and bearings went out. DO NOT buy this product without the extended warranty because it will break. We had A&E come in to look at the dryer also, and they said that it wasn't broken because of over heating, or over loading, but that sometimes they just aren't made well. Be careful making this purchase, because we are now stuck with buying a new one after just a short period of time..

I have had this going on close to a year now and want to offer my feedback once I have lived with it.
Ordering - a breeze
Delivery - On time, carried up 4 flights of stairs including spiral staircase, hooked up everything, took old one away. Nice guys, easy and professional
Drying- I have never had issues with stuff not getting dry in one cycle, including comforters. It absolutely does what it is intended for and is relatively quiet.

Issues - these are small , but should be noted
1) if you are near the dryer buzzer, you will have a heart attack when it goes off , it is super loud and obnoxious, but it is easy to turn off so I cant take a star for it.
2) when drying bedding sheets. they get wrapped up in each other and wrinkle up , need to be vigilant and check it half way, untangle, shake them out and put back in. This is not uncommon, but annoying. previous machine was so much worse so it is hard to be upset by that.
3) Lint trap is long and hard to get lint off.

It is a light machine so it moves easily. If you get a pedestal this is what I would put it under to give it more height and weight

This is a nice quiet dryer, but even when we set our clothes to dry on the 70 minute cycle, they are still damp in the end. We always have to set them to dry longer. Since you do not have temp controls on this dryer, you would think that the longest time cycle would get them dry, but it doesn't. I almost stuck with the same model we had before, but this dryer had a bigger drum and I figured that would be better since I do 2-3 loads of laundry per day typically. Now I find them taking twice as long :(

It seems to be doing the job and everything is self explanatory. The delivery crew were the best. Measuring door ways and even taking one door off to make the move safely without harming the interior walls and door ways. Set up went smoothly and I would definitely recommend them for any delivery. Very professional.

I bought this as an online special. I did have issues with the site on 2 different ocassions but once the sale came back - I called CS and they helped me through the process. Everything went according to plan, all phone calls they said I would get - I did, and it was delivered exactly when they said they would. The machine is huge, dries a full load in 20+ min, has plenty of settings, and has been one of the best buys I've made all year. Very happy.
