The Cadet 3 flushing system has an extra wide 3 in. flush valve with rigid flapper that won't warp or distort. The large 2-1/8 in. siphon outlet is fully glazed and can move a mass 60 percent larger than a standard 2 in. It achieves maximum MaP scores at 1,000 grams. Had multiple people recommend the American Standard toilets. Biggest win for all was the larger throat/ flap and no-clog history. This toilet is a looker and has, so far, lived up to its reputation. The only losses.. A.) this thing's a beast - very heavy - definitely a 2 person install, and still tough at that. Took me close to 20 mins to seat it properly. The bowl is so heavy that manuevering it onto the flange bolts was a serious chore. B.) The tank leaked due to defective tank bolt assembly. A/S did send out a pack of replacement parts to fix the leak, but it took about 10 days. All in all, this is a great toilet, and if you catch it on Special, can be a great deal. Looks, function, durability - all top notch. Installation - timely, and def a team task.

This is an efficient and high performing toilet. Installation is fairly easy, even for a "first-timer". The manufacturer's website has an installation video that is well worth viewing if you don't have previous experience. This toilet is flush-rated a 10 (on a scale of 1 to 10) and I fully concur.

My first toilet install. The hardest part was getting the old bolts sawed off the old toilet. Once installed, I was amazed at how little water it took to flush. Note: When you flush briefly, only about half the tank of water is used. If you happen to need a full flush, you must hold the handle for a couple seconds, or just reflush. In 6 weeks, I only needed to do a double flush once. Excellent design.

toilet seat, hoses and wax ring were NOT part of the order. This was a unexpected surprise. For the price, these items should be included. The toilet itself is nice

Could pretty much be called the Cadillac 3. Quality built, the height is perfect and it's very quiet. Not in the add, but it works as a dual flush. Normal flush puts out a small amount of water really fast. If you need more, just hold the handle down for an extra bit. Very deceptive in its operation. After watching my old one go through 6-7 gallons every flush, you can't imagine one doing the same thing with less than 1.5. This one does and does it every single time.

This is a very nice toilet. The right height feature was not what I was used to but it is real pleasant.
Mine was missing the wax seal and flange bolts, but I had bought a wax seal earlier, 'just in case' and used my old bolts (which were already cut so I didn't mind).

The toilet should ship with the wax ring.
The matching toilet seat is overpriced.

had to go back to the job and take apart the tank because the big nut for the flush valve was loose. i suggest checking before you put it together. at least it was and easy fix
