The Toilet bowl arrived with a broken base.
I wish to return it for a proper replacement.
The toilet bowl box was placed on the pallet upside down, which put pressure on base when handled.

The product works better than the one it replaced, uses less water and is quieter. Installation was fairly easy, but I needed to lubricate the flush handle. The Right Height toilet is quite nice for us old people, but even our teenage granddaughter likes it.

Love the look, flush, and ease of installation. The Townsend has the perfect height. This is my second Champion 4.
Negative: does not include a seat.

This is the second American Standard Champion 4 that I have installed in our house. The first one was a one piece model # 2034.014.020 which was installed in our main bathroom, it has been in over a year & is working great haven't had to plunge once. This one was installed in our 3/4 bathroom which is rather small so I have limited space & had to go with the 2 piece round front. It was easy to install & it sure is a great flushing toilet. I don't think there is a better toilet on the market than the American Standard Champion4 & HOME DEPOT has great prices.

Purchased this toilet as part of our bathroom remodel, Wanted to get the taller toilet to go with the taller vanity we had installed. Also, we got tired of having to plunge on our previously purchased toilet that said we wouldn't have to. Only disappointment was we had to order this online - local Home Depot doesn't carry the tall version with the round seat (they only have the elongated) Overall love it! Works very well. And it rinses the bowl - our previous toilet didn't.

Well, it's been almost 2 years since I installed 2 of these toilets in the house. The toilet plunger has been in storage and I don't think it will ever be called back into action. This toilet does everything it's suppose to do. Five of my friends have bought & installed the Champion 4 in there house, & there Wives love it. I would have gave it 5 stars, but I didn't like the flushing lever. The rod that connects the lever to the flush valve is plastic. When you flushed, it fills like it's going to break. So me being a machinist, I went out and bought a steel one and duplicated the plastic design, and now it works great( to my specifacations). My cousin has 2 of these installed in there house, and after 2 years with the plastic rod, it's still working, so I wouldn't call it defective. I'm just to picky.

Super toilet. Especially the microbial coating in the bowl.
Didn't realize how much better the new technology has become. I'm sure it would make short work of a bowl full of golf balls, it's that powerfull!

The "right height" feature will add to your comfort now and give your home an added plus when you sell.
If you're considering replacing or upgrading this would be a great choice particularly in a bathroom that gets a lot of use. Very nice style and really easy install.
One caveat.... you're always better off buying the same brand you're replacing if at all possible. This way you're 99% sure the new unit will fit on the old plate.
Shipping was included and was way quicker than I would have expected.
