The fan looks great, seems to work great but when you install it DO NOT put the coupling cover on. It only sits on the top allowing it to rattle with the movement of the fan very annoying. I had to reinstall the fan for a second time to take the cover off to stop the rattling noise, balancing did not help. Other then that the fan is great!

We just purchased and installed the fan in our family room. I was hesitant to purchase the fan without seeing it, but we decided to get it after reading the positive reviews. We felt like we should add one to because it is a beautiful fan. And a fantastic price! It is a lovely color, exactly as described. We weren't going to be using the light as a primary light source so we weren't concerned about how other reviews said it was dim. It is quiet and generates great circulation. Very happy with our purchase!

Fan was not too terribly difficult to install. There is a slight delay in ours when we turn the switch it has a pause before the light goes on. The 2 lights do not give off enough light for the room we have it in. It is pretty quiet and is very modern and nice looking. Overall good quality for the price!

The fan looks great in the room. Runs quiet. The remote control is a great feature. Would have also liked a manual option on the light and fan, just in case the remote gets lost or damaged. For the price, though, this fan can't be beat.

Great fan. I bought a new one because the old one was noisy. This one is quiet, has a remote and stirs up plently of air. I should have looked at how much light it puts out thought. It is rather dim and only has one setting.

The fan is really nice looking but the bowl is much darker than expected. It is very yellow and provides minimal light. If u need it to light up the room brightly this is not the fan u want. The blades and metal pieces are rich looking.

Our Great Room ceiling is 14' and the room is fairly large, so we wanted a good size ceiling fan -- this does the job nicely (with the addition of a downrod). The price was great. It's very quiet. The light is adequate for that location -- it would not be if this was over a dining table or in a kitchen for instance. It's a simple design, and we don't expect guests to oohh and ahhh over it, but it looks great and we're happy.

Installed this fan in master bedroom. We love all the features, but it was by far the most difficult ceiling fan I have ever installed. If you do not have knowledge and patience you will need to hire someone to install it for you. Overall though very pleased!

Looks good and it comes with a remote, no hanging chains! But don't lose the remote because that controls the fan speeds. Went up easy and it seems to be a good product for the price!

"tea stained light kit" is not very bright with the included bulbs.......remote is very difficult to fit into electrtical box with wiring....blades did balance well with no wobble or noise.

For the price, this is a worthwhile fan. Not too difficult to install, but as with any electrical project, make sure you know what you are doing or hire a professional. Blades are stylish and remote makes for a nice touch to access from a distance. Biggest drawback, if you want to call it that, is the delay for the energy efficient lights to come on (only a second or two, but if you're expecting "instant on" when you flip the switch, that it is not) and also the slight "yellow" glow to the lights rather than white light. We have in master bedroom and the light coloring is not an issue, but if if were in a main room such as a living room, it may undesirable. Though easily rectified by purchasing different bulbs from those that come with the product if the glow does not suit your taste.

This fan looks good, but it is noisy. We purchased this fan and installed it in our bedroom. We tried many times to balance the fan and nothing worked. Spent many sleepless nights because of the noise. We ended up returning this fan.
