It was difficult to find this at home depot, (the venting kit). And it was an additional $250 approx making this a $1000 purchase to get the water heater working!
I do like the fact that the pilot light isn't 'standing' all the time, helpful when running with propane at a cabin!

The venting is the toughest part of installation. Be sure to pick the placement based on this rather than the plumbing. Adding piping was much easier than trying to fit the vent where it wouldn't go. Also research how to turn up the temp past 120 degrees. It is slightly complicated if you are not used to working with circuit boards.

excellent product.perfect fit for a 2 to 3 person home with one bathroom where morning time is important.in a home with a larger family and time is not critical it would be hard to beat
you can,in a larger family add a smaller unit dedicated to the kitchen and have a 5 star winning combination at a very low cost and relevant investment return that is easily noticed monthly
