Assembly was easy. Quality on this product is outstanding. This is the second Weber grill that I have owned. I had a Kenmore for 6 years that just did not perform at all. I am glad to have my Weber back.

Have owned and used various Weber grills and other manufacturer's products, gas and charcoal, over the years. Shopped around quite a bit and looked at numerous makes and models, consulted buying guide ratings, and looked on line before buying. The unit is substantially made, assembles with quality parts, and grills nicely. Weber products are durable and well made.

It grills easy and conveniently. It is a bit complicated to assemble, but when done it works like a charm. I enjoy it very much. It is worthy price/quality comparison.

I purchased this Weber only to see why all reviews are good.
I have had it only 1 month now and have used it 7 times.
I see no difference to any of my other $100-$200 grills.
It cooks the same.
I never minded buying a grill every 2-4 yrs.
I'd say I won't buy another Weber again. Way to much money. Its not the grill that make the food taste good it the chef.
I'm really dissapointed at this point.
Its no different than a Charbriol or brinkman or any grill you buy.
The only reason I don't return it is its to heavy and I'll give it a year and see how it does in the winter.
I'll update next year. Live and learn.

Been shopping for this model for two years, price never changed. With model closeout saved over $150. Same as E-330 just a little smaller (great for wife and I). Never had a grill in color and love the copper color. Assembly directions were right on (about 2 hours). Actual grilling has been great. Shame we waited so long to get a Weber.

My husband and I had been looking at the Genesis series for over a year now, mulling over the price. The mid series went on sale for $100 off so we went for it. My husband was concerned the assembly would be hard, but all the reviews indicated it would take 2 or so hours to do, which is about right. My husband did the assembly himself and said it really wasn't that bad. The grill has some nice perks, e.g., a weight difference hanger for the propane tank that indicates the level of gas in the tank. The grill cooks really well and looks great. If you like grilling out a lot and don't want to buy a new grill every couple of yrs then I recommend this one. It's worth the money and IS superior to the cheaper grills. In the end, you get what you pay for.

The only con's I have are also the pro's. It's heavy, but it's also very well built. It will take an hour and a half to two hours to assemble, but the instructions are intuitive and easy to follow. It's best to have two people for assembly, but could be done with one. I used some wrenches instead of their provided tools, which made it a bit easier. This is my second Weber grill, the first one is about 12 years old and still going strong. Grill looks great, color is real nice, and of very high quality compared to the competitors.

WOW!
More bang for the buck, heavy cast aluminum burn box (bottom) and shroud (top/lid) gives an even temp in the whole cooking compartment. You can put your hand over the cooking area after this grille is warmed up and open the lid an feel the heat evenly warm your hand WITHOUT a hot spot burning you, so even is the heat. Best SEER I have seen that beats the well known steak houses by a long shot. There are so many good features and this grille goes to the next level in technology, awesome. Assembly time for me was 1.5 hours doing it alone and taking time to read step by step. Basic hand tools do the job, ratchets or air ratchets will speed you up on assembly.
The FUEL gauge is something that was not explained in the description that I wanted to know more about it so for those of you that want to know it is a scale weight system where you hang your LP bottle on it and clamp it down in place so it won’t jump around. This is great but for a person that has lifting problems in the arms while kneeling down hooking up the fuel to the scale that hangs in the air could be a problem. If you have lift problems but don’t care about the fuel use then you can just set LP tank in the fitted hole.
I caught it on sale online in March 2012 with $100.00 off and free shipping, thus a $649.00 gas grille. You will not regret purchasing this model of Weber, it is FANTASTIC, and grille with confidence. I’m buying the rotisserie and a cover to protect my investment next HD purchase.
What I didn’t like was the shipping company, Non Stop Delivery, they have terrible communication and will not tell you anything and they called me 1 hour before delivery..
Very satisfied in Idaho...

Went with a cheaper Brinkman model a couple of years ago, and the flavor bars and grates rusted almost immediately. This model is gorgeous and although it took a couple of hours to put together, the instructions were the best of anything I've ever put together. Got it on sale, with a 10% discount for opening a HD Account. Used it the first night and the steaks came out excellent.

i was looking for a grill to replace my 8 yeat old vermont castings that had literally disintegrated on my deck. i had been looking at the weber and snapped up the Genesis E-320 when it was discontinued/marked down. have only had it for a few weeks, but it looks great, cooks awesome, and should last at least ten yeras based on the reviews i have read.

I have bought other grills in the past and each time my wife said get a Weber. She was right, this Weber is all that is advertised. Best BBqued food ever. Had a couple of questions answered immediately with Weber's customer service

We've had this grill for about 2 weeks. And in this time frame we've used this grill about 6 times. This unit is packed very well within its shipping box so no worries about receiving it damaged. The cast iron grates are thick and will retain the heat very well. So needless to say it will take a little practice to learn not to burn your food. I tried cooking a pizza and burnt the bottom in less the a minute. With this being said the Weber E-320 will be around for many years to come. My youngest is turning 1 next month, and I have a feeling well be using this grill for her high school graduation party. Really the only negative thing I can say about this grill was the assembly directions. Weber just shows step by step pics with no words. Its very easy to install a part backwards and not realize it till 2 steps later. I wanted the copper color for the simple fact it was different. Everyone has a black grill so why not try something different. I would have given a 5 star rating but I haven't had the grill very long and Weber stopped making this model.

Excellent Product and priced right! Could not find it for less than $749 on line.
Cooked on it for the first time last week and it was great. Food cooked fast and even without any burning from flare ups.

Bought it on line from The Home Depot, was delivered in 5 days. The price was reduced due to E320 model now is discountinued. the assembly took 21/2 hours but was easy to follow the instructions. Design and parts are of very high quality making the job very smooth. First start up was a delight and the tryout food came out perfect. Looking forward to cook a larger meal for the whole family next week.

My husband and I set up the grill in 2 1/2 hrs. We couldn't be happier with the ease of using this grill and the taste of our food. First night bone-in rib eye steaks that were perfect rareness and the grill marks were impressive along with pineapple on skewars. Second night was pork loin chops - they were so moist! Third night was chicken wings and they were crispy and delicious (3 lbs) ! We were impressed with how evenly every piece cooked. Fourth night was Flank steak along with red, green and yellow bell peppers and red onion slices to make my carne asada fajita's. Yum is the word I choose. Tonight is garlic butter shrimp and fresh asperagus, and I can't wait for the flavors to meld together on this meal! I have never used gas, only charcoal but it is so fast and with even heating and the flavor of our food, we are so happy. It is beautiful to look at too! My sister has one and she loves it! I look forward to cooking meals on the grill because I live in Southern California and most any day is Bar-B-Que weather and the kitchen won't heat up on those warm days...I bought a Weber cover for it , spatula, fork and tongs along with the steel grill scrubber and we are looking forward to many years of great grilling on our Weber grill!!
