This vacuum has proven to be the perfect appliance for those small cleanup projects around the house. I have endless drilling projects in my new house and hauling the big vacuum around can be tiresome. I just grab this handheld and poof, no more mess. The suction is really good and the battery charge has remained strong for the time I have owned this vacuum. I love it!

I love the power of this Shark cordless Vacuum much stronger then my old Dustbuster, also the charge lasts plenty long for doing quick clean ups, it has the motorized brush which is great for cleaning off my furniture.

It was easy to order online and delivery was as expected. It has great suction, including picking up cat litter ( the reason I bought it). The attachments work well also and emptying the cup is easy. It could be a bit lighter weight but is ok.

This hand vacuum has great suction power and is easy to use. It recharges upright on the base, but cannot be stored on the base unless it is unplugged. Sometimes, it is difficult to get the vacuum to fit into the base. They recommend that the battery be completely discharged before it is put on the charger which means it might not be ready to use when you need it. I wish it could be left on the charger all the time. All in all, it is a good hand vacuum.

This vac advertised its use for pets. It is great on picking up animal hair everywhere. Car, pet beds, area rugs etc. I have even used it to dust my glass top tables. Usually attachments just get in the way, but the vac holder seperates each attachment and makes it easy to return when finished on the holder. This is my new best friend. Easy to empty, bagless with washable filter. Can't go wrong with this product!

The instructions state for the first time to charge the unit for appx a day to fully charge the battery. After that they suggest that you don't put it back on the charger until the battery in the unit has depleted. I was totally surprised how long the charge last. It's amazing!!! Also the suction and the tools have made my life so much easier. Well worth it, if you have kids or pets!

I have owned a Shark Cordless Handheld Vacuum in the past and needed to replace it after I broke one of the recharging pins off and it no longer would hold a charge. This vacuum was at least 6 years old and had been used daily. So when I needed a new one I once again chose a Shark. This time I chose the 18 volt instead of the 15 volt. I thought the 15 volt was great. The 18 volt is SUPER! Understandably, slightly heavier but not unbearable. Thanks for making a great product Shark.

This isn't an amazing, unbelievable vacuum... but it was a good purchase. I had hoped it would be a little more powerful, but I still think it is more powerful than most other hand vacs out there. It is light, looks good, and has good attachments. If the price was slightly less I would say it is an even better value.

My only problem is the instructions have deplete the battery before recharging.
Then it's low when you need it because you don't charge in between. So you charge it and unplug it until it doesn't have any juice then you charge it again for 16 hours and unplug. That takes some of the convenience of grab and vac away.

We had an older Shark vacuum, until I recently knocked it off the wall charger in the garage and broke the circuit board behind the power button. We liked it enough to stay with the brand.
This model has good vacuum strength, and the rotating brush head does a good job cleaning up our couch. One thing to be aware of if you too are replacing an older one: the power jack has moved from the 'belly' to the back end, so the old stand doesn't fit anymore. The wall mount bracket has moved the mounting holes apart, but not so far apart that I was ok with just drilling a new one - I patched the old screw holes first. I hate it when companies change things to the point that it isn't a drop-in replacement, but it's not a big deal here. I'm no longer 100% confident in the hanging bracket any more, but it's probably fine if you didn't hang it next to your garage light switch, and you're not a klutz (like me) who smacks it while grasping for the light switch... I'd give the bracket 3 stars... but the vac is great!

This is a very powerful vacuum, great for dog hair. I mainly bought it to use it in my car and it works great. I wish the dusting brush and crevice tool were longer so they will clean better on the hard to reach areas in my car, for example, the side of the seats, but that doesn't take away its power, that's why I'm giving it 5 stars. Tools stay attached, lightweight (compared to other brands), long lasting battery.

Very siimple ordering process and arrived at my house in the timeline promised. Product works great, picking up dirt and hard debris as well as lint and pet hair (our main reason for getting it). The rotating brush attachment really is a necessity and many mini-vacs don't have them now days. The crevice tool is very useful also.

I only have this shark cordless vacumm for two weeks,it hasn't let me down has plenty of suction for those dust bunnies and pet hair and also mess in the kitchen I also used it in the car works like a charm.
I only give it 4 stars because I don't know how long to keep it on charge and if I can keep the vacumm on the base charging station for stand by.
