The Mighty Pro works as well as the similar units we had previously rented. It is not as wide as the rental unit but I can live with that.

I clean my carpets every 6 months and in the past 4 years I've probably spent about $400-500 in rental fees on a rug doctor. Not anymore! I'm so happy that I bought my rug doctor. It came fully assembled out of the box so I put it straight to work the same day. I've borrowed a friends bissell carpet cleaner once and did not like the results, I ended up renting a rug doctor the next day and redoing all of my carpet. Nothing compares to a rug doctor and I'm so happy to be a new owner ; )

We have owned the Mighty Pro for about two months and it is running great so far. We are a 60 room facility and we always wash the carpets between clients. It is easy to use, as it is just the right size and exactly like the rental units we've used in the past. We have already crossed the break-even point verses renting so from here on out it just saves us money!
