This flooring was better than we had hoped considering that we could only buy it online. Once you get the hang of cutting a stranded product installation goes well. We are thrilled with the look, and quality of this product. We went from a laminate to this and stapled to subfloor. Very sturdy and easy to clean, we have 3 dogs as well, so this floor gets used.

The bamboo looks great and out of ~100 boxes we only had a few defective pieces. However, our brand new floor was gouged when we pushed our LG refrigerator back in place. I'm not sure if it is a defect in the floor or the plastic wheels on the frig - it's one of the big side-by-side stainless models with the double bottom freezer drawers (purchased Nov 2010 from HD). My guess is that the flooring is softer than described because I'm seeing a ton of scratches and dents in the rooms that were completed last summer.

The wood was well packaged and very straight. There was some variation but that is to be expected. My contractor could have done a better job placing the flooring.The light color really brightened the room. The delivery was an issue. Because of the equipment, they had to drop the pallet at the end of my 300 foot driveway. I had to pay someone to move it before the rain started.
Pros: Good Wood, High Quality of Material, Looks Great

I'm using it on my ceiling so durability was not a huge issue but it seems very consistent and durable. I'm using a conventional finish air-nailer (not a special flooring one) and I've put up around 100 SF so far with only one unusable piece and no splitting even when I put nails near the end of the boards. It looks great and I like the fact that bamboo is a rapid-growing natural material. A few years ago bamboo was much cheaper but the pallet price was competitive and the home-delivery was awesome. Very happy with this product.

The flooring and boxes arrived in good shape. the boxes say on them follow the enclosed instructions, and there are no instructions in the box. the delivery driver left a pallet of wood flooring out in the rain becasue he did not want to take the time to push it back out of the weather. The flooring is nice looking and fairly consitant across all of the boxes.

I love my new floor. Was easy to work with and went down beautifully. Was amazed how easy it was to install and had no problems with it at all. Being able to buy the whole pallet at such a great price was a great bargain.
