Nice size cooking area, great value for the size and power of the grill. Took about 3 hours to put together by myself. The metal is thin so be careful when putting it together thats the only reason why i didn't give it 5 stars. Overall worth the price , no regrets at all.

Let's face it, it's not a high end grill. Metal could be a thicker gauge, more stainless steel and heavier grill grates. The back was also quite open to the elements. This would be my main complaint from Charbroil. They should have closed the back of the cabinet more to keep dirt/bugs/birds out. I guess if you cover it this wouldn't be a big issue. What you do get is a heck of a value on a lot of grilling real estate. I got it on sale for under three bills.
Assembly was easy. I'm not sure why people have had issues. Directions were perfectly clear, small and large Philips screwdriver, pliers and maybe an open end wrench is all it takes. All screws/bolts/parts were there and packaged VERY well. It took me about 1 hour to assemble.
Once assembled it's quite sturdy. Lid has less flex in it than many budget grills and has a good feel to it. The front doors have nice magnetic catches to keep them closed.

The look of the grill is very appealing inside and out. It took about 15 -20 minutes for it to get up to 450 degrees, but thats the ceiling for temp. I had all burners going and it just would not get above 450. I am not going to call that a drawback because it cooked all my food evenly and quickly. The sear burner is awesome. The grill part seems to be made well, but the cart it sits on is a joke. Its made of thin metal that bends inward when you are thightening the hardware with a phillips FYI...only 2 burners have an ignitor so make sure you start firing the grill up with that burner first(electrical bolt above nob) or your gonna have gas saturation and have to start over.

The grill arrived in perfect condition and ready to be assembled. It took me aprox 2 hours to put it together, but I was taking my time. The instructions could be more helpful, but I was able to figure out a few assembly snafu's on my own. The grill comes with a black weight brick in the box, so dont mistake it for packaging. The hardware for the brick is in with the side tray box assembly. Make sure that when you are adding the towel rack to the side tray that you slide all the accessory hooks on the bar before bolting it down. Instructions do not cover that. You will definately need another person to help you set the grill assembly on the cart. FYI...only 2 burners have an ignitor so make sure you start firing the grill up with that burner first(electrical bolt above nob) or your gonna have gas saturation and have to start over. You def want to put all burners on high and cook whats in the grill(manufacturing grease, paint, etc) before putting food on it.

Looks good. Works good. Good size. Catch pan and grates are completely rusted through after only a year. Replacement parts are hard to find. It's more economical to buy a new grill. I'm sure that's by design in order to sell more grills. So yes, it's a disposable grill at best. At least I can get a few bucks for it as scrap metal.

Like the grill---had to guess on some of the assembly instructions--took alot of time and patience. Grill works great and I hope it will last for years to come. Quality on some of the materials for the base portion could be better. Overall---I am pleased.

The extra burners on the grill are great. The assembly instructions are not detailed at all and are hard to follow but the finished product is worth it. The grill was a great value for what it is.

This product has a very flimsy feel to the cart portion. The doors on the bottom of the cart has a thin cheap feel, as well as a hollow sounding rattle when you move the grill, even on smooth surfaces. The visual effect is very good. We have not cooked on it yet... so unable to speak on use, or ease of cleaning.

Have used the grill for chicken breast, hamburgers and fish. Cooking is even and flare ups are minimal even with greasy hamburgers. Easy clean up. Burner system makes it perfect for small dinner for 2 or for a crowd.

I have not tried the searing burner, so I cannot comment on that. If you are looking for a lot of grilling space for the money, this is the ticket. However, don't expect the build quality of a higher-end unit. The quality is marginal and I did some drilling/riveting to better align some panels.

Five regular burners and one searing burner brings a whole new meaning to outdoor cooking. With a five burner layout I find I can easily shut off one center burner, leaving the two outer ones on both sides on, and cook over it in the middle of the heat without a flare-up. When more space is needed, I can shut off two burners leaving every other one on and double my cooking space while having the heat on both sides of my food. This is exceptionally handy when it comes to slow cooking chicken pieces or a rack of ribs or two! As a finishing touch I move my cooked foods over the sear burner for that darkened, barbecued appearance and taste.

Purchased this BBQ for 65th birthday. Comes with 2 year warranty. Assembly took 5 hours. No missing pieces however the instructions were somewhat lacking. It did not come with a propane tank. At that price I guess that is not surprising. For $330 a six burner BBQ is unheard of. It is extremely large, you can cook for 20 people at a time on it. It worked right after being built and has had no issues so far.

This grill was easy to put together and didn't require a bunch of tools. Lots of grilling space for food or if you'd like to do indirect cooking. I would recommend for the value versus higher priced, same type of grill.
