We've had this composter for a few months, and it seems to break material down very quickly. Now that it's getting warm out, we ought to have it ready to go in a few more weeks.
My only complaint is that the moisture seems to leak out a lot and drip onto the ground. That gets pretty nasty. As far as I can tell, we screwed everything in tightly, but it still drips out.

The chambers are on the small side. Get a compost thermometer and monitor the temperature. Keep some brown around, so you can add to keep it cooking. Finally a place to put all the coffee grounds.

I chose this model after careful comparison and am convinced I made the right choice. I was able to assemble it myself (though it took a few hours) and have already filled one of the compartments. The grooves on the panels make it easy to turn, even though it gets heavy as it's filled, and I'm excited to get my first batch of compost!

This was not as hard to put together as some reviews I've read have suggested. I did it by myself, and it was a little tricky in a couple spots, but definitely doable. I like the two compartments. I can't speak for durability as I've only had it for a few weeks.

Installation was very easy. Composter is very sturdy. It's been few weeks and I am already loving the two compartment idea. A little expensive but worth the price. I will recommend it to my friends and other garden enthusiasts.

I've had the bin assembled and in use for a couple weeks now. It took me about two hours to assemble due to all the small bolts and nuts, but I took my time and it went together with no hassles. The only hard part was figuring out which pieces were which for the stand frame. The instructions have no text, only pictures.
I really like the two-sided setup, and am working on filling the first half. One minor problem with the bin is that some items like plant stems and long grass get hung up on the center axle, and cause the materials inside to jam up, leading to a mass of stuff stuck in one part of the bin so that it doens't mix and tumble quite as well. However, my workaround is to shake the bin forward and backward a little before rotating the drum. It helps that clog break up some. I also should have realized that I need to cut up larger things like flower stems before putting them in the bin. They compost faster that way anyways!
The handholds for tumbling are nice and deep, and it's really easy to spin. The sliding loading door moves easily, and the icons that indicate which side to fill and which side is "cooking" are a nice touch.
All in all, a very solid product so far. Potential buyers jsut need to be aware that it is a slow assembly process, and to go into it with some patience. I do not recommend attempting to build this to anyone with weak or arthritic hands, as the assembly takes some hand strength and fine motor skills.

Great price compared to almost any other outlet, WEB or otherwise. The composter itself is of quite decent quality. The double bin makes a lot of sense. The rotating bin is a nice upgrade. I'd recommend this product.

Great composter for the price. Does job well and tumbling is quick and easy. Adding new material like grass clippings etc. can be messy with an opening on the small side to add through, I resulted to adding by handful and made less mess.

There were two panels where the studs did not line up with any holes. I was forced to drill holes in the composter in order to get the panels to fit. The instructions were easy to understand, they just needed some additional information that would have made the process of putting the composter together much easier.

Haven't had it long enough to rate results, but it's exactly what I was looking for. Didn't think it was as hard to assemble as some of the reviews indicated, though it did take some time to put together by myself. I currently have both chambers full and am hoping for some good, quality compost soon....

Convenient design, easy to put together, lightweight (when empty) and easy to move into place; two chambers are handy, easy to fill and turn. My first composter, so we'll see how it - and I - do with this! Only problem was some of the screws were missing to hold the legs together...had some that worked so I didn't have to call customer service and wait for replacements.

easy to use and seems durable. i was worried it might blow over because of the design but it has been great. It has 2 separate bins so you can let 1 side compost while adding to the other. It does not hold so much but is easy to use and quicker than traditional composters. This is good for the small family garden.

I had seen a version of this same composter on a garden website (for twice the price) and it looked like something that I would really be able to use. We have a garbage can with the bottom cut out and have to stir it all the time. It never is at a stage of completely done. The Tumbling composter has 2 compartments so you can stop adding and start a new batch while the first cooks. It's great and being well used.

I was wondering what I would do with my new compost material while cooking. This is perfect for my needs. Durable, strong. My husband put together in 45 minutes. Awkward to assemble the small parts with shape of composter, he said. Have not filled up to capacity so not sure how sturdy filled up. Just spin every other day. Sign on top to distinguish between cooking compost and new compost. Love it!
