I needed an electrical outlet in my garage with a GFCI outlet and backed up with a surge protector. The store picture of this product differs from the in-store product in that the face plate is more a smokey grey than the white cover as shown, at least in my local store.
I chose this product for the following reasons.
1) it had USB chargers with 2 amps that will charge an Ipad
2) need a few outlets for work tools.
I could have used a couple less USB connectors and a couple more electrical sockets but no one makes that model yet so this will do OK.
Some other protectors with USB outlets are rated below 2 amps and will not charge an Ipad so be aware of that. Again some other protector USB outlets will charge an Ipad but if you plug in more than one USB device the USB connectors drop below 2 amps and will no longer charge an Ipad. This Legrand product has four USB connectors and they remain at 2 amps no matter how many USB devices are pluged in, as it should be.
I read the previous review where they said they had problems with two different protectors. I think it may be because they did not remove the socket face plate which is required to seat the surge protector firmly into the wall socket. It you don't remove the face plate, the protector will not plug all the way in. It may appear to work but the weight will pull it out of the socket and basically unplug itself and appear to have failed.
So remove the socket face plate, plug the protector into the socket, and then use one or two screws provided that matched your face plate installation set-up and all will work great..
I ran some cable management plastic molding around the ceiling to my work area and mounted the surge protector over my workbench. I'll set up a mount for the Ipad above or to one side of the protector so I can wifi my tv to the garage when doing chores.
Pics included.
Pros: Easy to Use, Stylish, Nice Design, Easy Installation

No, I do not recommend this product.
All 4 of the usb chargers quit working after one month of usage. Last product from Legrand I will buy. Would recommend that Home Depot pull this product. Now I can't find the receipt :(.

No, I do not recommend this product.
I bought this because I needed to charge multiple devices. Everything worked great for about 30 days and then then the USB charger stopped working. 110 is fine.

No, I do not recommend this product.
Have to take this back. I installed it per the instructions (taking off the wallplate), and while the regular outlets work fine, the USB ports don't provide any power. Tried a variety of different cables, devices, etc... and none worked.
Look elsewhere. Would have been a nice design but it's useless if it doesn't charge.
Pros: Nice Design
Cons: unreliable

Ditto... USB stopped working after about two weeks. The Home Depot should seriously consider not carrying this product with all the problems reported.
I do like the concept though.

We loaded this charger up with I-pads, I-pad minis, and nooks. In about one day, the USB chargers quit working. The is the second one I've tried in a week. The USB chargers quit working on the first one also. I will not purchase another one.
