After reading the installation instructions, installation was easy. We've been using this seat for 1 month now with our 21-month-old son.
For adults, it's been a great, solid toilet seat. We love the slow-close feature, but now my husband accidentally drops the lids of every other toilet seat!
I had concerns that the plastic potty seat would come off the tiny plastic hinge pegs too easily, but so far it hasn't been a problem. (Although, we've been the ones to raise & lower the seat for our son.) The hinges allow very little side-to-side wiggle, which is good. The seat opening is the perfect size.
I've heard this potty seat idea works better for girls than boys. With a little attention to aim, however, it works out fine. Either way, it's still been easier than having to pour a potty chair into the toilet and clean it out every time.
I would give it 5 stars if the hinges were more substantial and the potty seat were made of a more solid material.

I would highly recommend this all in one potty seat for all households with small children. The child can get on the potty with ease and feel secure sitting on this seat. It keeps the bathroom neat as well not having something else to keep near the toilet. I bought two one for upstairs and one for down. Also, it prevents slamming of the toilet seat. Very satisfied!

We have had these installed now for a litle over a year and now the child seat does not stay attached when my 3 year old sits on it. The spot where it connects seems to have just stretched out. It is a great idea and used to work great but now the seat slides around and won't stay connected. I think it should last longer than a year.

Highly recommend these seats for your family. Slow closing No smashing little fingers, no pinched bottoms as removable seats slip and slide, no dirty potty seats to worry with. The child portion of the seat magnetizes to the lid. Easy to keep clean, handy, safe. The hospitals should send all parents home with one! Day cares and public restrooms should all be equipped with these seats.

I love that this seat is avaliable now. My 6 year still uses it and now my 2 year old is training and can easily can pull appart the magnetic child seat from the adult seat. great idea and easy to use. It doesn't clutter up my bathroom with lots of other add on seats.

I own a home daycare and this seat makes having a little one use the bathroom so much easier! No more tripping over and/or fumbling with a potty seat! They just flip the smaller seat down and voila! The smaller seat "sticks" to the toilet seat cover by a magnet molded inside the seat so it doesn't get in the way of adults. Children feel even more like a "big kid" cause they use the big toilet and can do everything themselves! If your child is not quite big enough to get on, they can use a small step stool. Easy to clean too!

I wish I had invested in this product when we first started potty training, much better than the removable potty seats, easier to clean and more sanitary. The seat seems well made and easy to remove and clean when needed. The magnet holds the child seat portion of it to the lid well also, I like that the lid closes slowly which prevents slamming and pinching of fingers. I have a very small little boy and he uses it comfortably without falling in.

This is a great seat for little ones. The training seat is easy for our little one to lift off the cover and its nice not to have to keep moving a toddler seat back and forth and clutter up the bathroom. I installed it myself (my hubby was proud) its really easy to install! The large lid shuts slowly to avoid pinching fingers which is great. Its very handy if you have little ones around

So far so good. We installed 3 of these in our home yesterday. They work great. We have 4 children and one on the way...our youngest 2 are two and three and These seats would've been life savers during potty training. Looking forward to having them for the next one! Installation was easy and love that I can easily remove them for cleaning. Also they don't slam shut, they do the soft close...a nice feature with 3 sons and a husband!

I am really glad we purchased this seat for two toilets in our home. Easy to install and makes a nice improvement over the child 'add on' seat that never seemed to find a home when not in use!

Seems solid, super easy to install (while hubby was at work). Our toilet seat was an off white - the biscuit was too yellow/bright, so I returned the biscuit and ordered the Bone color- perfect match. I would describe the bone color as a cooler tone off white. If you are unsure, order both colors and return the leftover to a Home Depot store, they were great when I brought the biscuit seat back. After a week of use I am still thrilled and the kids think its awesome. I would even give this as a gift, wish I found this 5 years (and 3 kids) ago!

I bought this to replace removable toliet seat that I keep for grandchildrens visits. They we're so excited to see it and use it when they came over. Also, not a problem for adults using regular seat, it stays put when not using it.
I am so happy I bought it and now don't have to store the plasic one in the cupboard. It's in the trash!

We couldn't find our color in store but we did get it online, and it came quickly. The seat works great and is sturdy, also it is a lot better for us than having the potty seat which is messy and a hassle.

Had this one week and it broke at the rear of the small seat- my child hasnt even used it yet! This design is cheap. Returning to get the other (more expensive) version by k*hler.

This is such a smart product. It keeps us from having to set out, clean and maintain a separate kiddie potty by being attached directly to the main toilet. It was very easy to install. It doesn't affect adult usage at all - just flip it up if it's down. It's super stable and secure for my little guy.. he just steps up on a stool and sits right down. Now, if it would just do the actual potty training, we'd be set!

I love this toilet seat! Finally I can get rid of potty chairs. This is the best idea ever. My only complaint is that this seat must be ordered as it's not avaiable in the stores. The elongated one is in stores.
