I purchased this popcorn machine just before Christmas and it had been damaged on the top by shipping. I called Home Depot and the representative was courteous and very helpfu, she ordered a new top and said that would probably arrive after Christmas. But to my surprise we received the replacement part two days before Christmas! We are pleased with Home Depot's customer service and we are pleased with the product. This is a middle of the road popcorn machine, it is not of commercial quality, but it does a very good job for home and we use it for our church sometimes. I would recommend this product and if you buy it, do some research on popcorn products for the best tasting popcorn.

Minor assembly was quick, easy, and tool less. It looks good and makes great popcorn a snap. The stainless steel components make clean up easy. Large scoop could be slightly bigger, but works fine. Popcorn is ready in only a few minutes, and heat lamp keeps it warm. A great and attractive unit. Delivery of unit was quick, and it is well packaged for safe delivery.

The table top popcorn maker was everything that I could imagine that it could be. It has be an enjoyment every time that we have made a batch and the left overs taste better a few days later.
