I purchased two fans and they shipped and delivered really fast. One of the fans has a broken globe and the housing for the light was broken as well. I called the number that was included in the installation guide and they were happy to UPS me out the broken items.

We really like the look of the ceiling fan with the metal accents. It adds a nice touch to the room. The only down fall was it was hard to get balanced so it wouldn't wobble.

Bought 3 of these for my 2 bedrooms and office - on a budget. Was worried about buying sight unseen but these look oh-so-nice! The more I look the moreI like them. They look expensive and work well. Wanted to buy 2 more for my family room but the price went up and they're out of stock. :-( Will definitely keep checking for them! You cant go wrong for the price! These look nicer than many of the high-end ones and I would and have recommended them to my family and friends!
