This is not a high end vanity by any means but I am using it in one rental now and plan to continue using it in others as long as the price stays low as its held up great in the rentals i've put it in so far and looks like a step up from your bottom end vanities, including the matching mirror is nice as well. I wouldn't use this in a high end remodel but if you are looking for something a little better then the low end vanities that is still affordable this is your set.
Vanity looks much darker in this picture then it really is by the way.

This is a nice vanity constructed of laminate covered particle board--a value for the price. Top is polished cultured top. Offset sink is really nice feature for a right-corner setting, however, make sure your plumbing is more than 13" from the right wall.

came with scratched top right out of the box. And each day the scratches seem to multiply. For a new vanity and top it looks very worn and I have had it only a week.
Pros: Good Size & Weight
Cons: Quality, Scratches Easily

we wanted to replace a very cheap looking 36 inch vanity that the previous owner installed before we bought our home. After searching Lowes, Sutherland Lumber, and Home Depot this one fit our needs, and we like that it came as a complete unit with the sink and mirror.. Great design for a corner installation and we love the three deep drawers.. Very easy to install in less than 2 hours and we did not have to move or modify our plumbing. Now that this one is installed we our planning on installing one in the master bath as well.
Pros: Sturdy, Easy to Install, Looks Great, Stylish, Good Size & Weight, Modern, Solid, Easy to Clean, Depth, Good Use of Space
Cons: sink bown does not have an overflow drain.

We were looking to update the decor of our downstairs bathroom by redecorating and replacing the vanity top, when we went to purchase the vanity top we found that this 3 piece set was available for less than we would pay for the top alone, we changed our plans and completely remodelled the entire bathroom. When we were finished we were so happy with the design, quality and appearance that we purchased another set and are remodelling the bathroom off the master bedroom.

We got it last year. The price was 100$ cheaper, but even with this price it is still cheap and good quality. The top is a nice shade, you can hardly see any dirt on it.

We needed a cheap vanity for a small bathroom in a bedroom . This fit the bill. The top is composite material that looks nice. Cabinet is good quality with nice finish. Overall, it is hard to beat the price. I was able to move center-aligned drain and cold water line to left of center sink position with a little improvisation.

Nice. Easy install, Simple door and drawer alignment.
Pretty good quality. I've looked at a lot of them, and this one is well constructed. The top is also very attractive. the left side sink wasn't much of an install issue. Just an extra piece and a slight twist to the left.

We love this product-it suits our needs for our basement bathroom remodel. It is narrow enough to give more walking space-fits nicely against the wall. Plenty of storage space + love the sink to the side-gives more counter space. We are, actually, looking for another to use in our main bathroom.

Bought this for my daughter's bathroom during a mini-remodel. Defintely added to a sophisticated look. Finally changed that builder-grade junk that was in there. Added lots of counter space and storage to a small bathroom. The look and price get an A+ from me.
