My husband & I installed some of these in a small area of our home along with the surface mount vinyl grid. My husband was very pleased with the results. I was the designated tile cutter, and must say it was very easy and not messy. The project we did was only an 8x8 area where someone stepped between the joists in the attic and made a big hole in the 2nd floor ceiling. It took just a few hours from start to finish. I think it would have taken much longer to cut out the damage evenly, replace sheet rock, tape, mud, sand, re-texturize, and paint it to do the repairs the old conventional way. I, too, am quite pleased with the results.

Installing ceiling tiles is never an easy job, but these tiles make it almost effortless. Just score and snap! Very little waste!

I ordered these sight unseen and was really pleased when received. Easy to install and cut easily and clean with a table saw. A little pricey but should be a lifetime product. Received all with no damage.
