I mounted this wall plate behind my TV just under the wall bracket. Routed 3 HDMI, 1 AC, and 1 Ethernet cable thru it. Made for a professional looking concealed installation.

A friend at work told me about these brush wall plates. It was perfect. I wanted to drop a HDMI cable and AC cord into the room high up on the wall for my projector. It lets you run multiple cables through while keeping a clean professional look. The fine brushes let you put large connectors through, but bend back to "seal" it off. It is available in two shades of white or black. Black was perfect for the dark-ish walls of a home theater.
Pros: Easy to Use, Easy Installation

This is a nice looking wall plate and serves the purpose to pull out hdmi/cable/power wires from wall. but it does cost around $7 which surprised me.
