Used to convert the Chamberlain 7' belt drive door opener to a 8' door opener. The "Chamberlain whisper drive" is a great drive and this makes it usable on larger doors.

Chamberlain should include notation at time of rail assembly that extra part is needed for ten foot ceiling.
