Durable but my saw saw broke already after a month its underer warranty but they are taking forever to get it fix! The flashlight contactor in the bottom is pretty loose and have to be careful when inserting the battery. If I could return this and buy makita again I would but I cant.

i got this set up at home depot for my birthday and i could not be more happy with it. i use the tools every day at the job site, i like it, all my buddys like it, they got a lot of power, the batteries last a wicked long time, the only problem with this set up is the electricians like to borrow them and leave them all over the place
Pros: Powerful, Easy to Use, Good Size & Weight, Light Weight, Long-Lasting

I got this for only $399 and then home depot raise the price to $499. I think it was a promotion and well worth it.
So i got into construction and need it to buy tools, my friend recommended makita while my brother recomended dewalt. I ended up chosing dewalt and DO NOT REGRET IT ONE BIT.
normally i would not write a review this soon since i only bought them three months ago but considering all the use, abuse and drops it more then well deserves it. even if they were to brake right now its more then worth it.
as mention before my brother has dewalt but the batteries on the 20v are far superior then the 18v my brother has.
flashlight: At first i tought it would be a waste of a tool on the kit but as it turns out its the second most use tool for me. i drop it twice from a 12 foot latter and not as much as a crack.
Impact driver: by far the most use tool for me, i have drop it so many times and so far no cracks and no sign of being broken. love the lights they are very handy
saw: not much use for it so far but i would say its very powerful. i use it to cut open my sister-in-law safe since she forgot her conbination and yes it was hers. It only took me 40 minutes and one charge battery to cut the top of the safe. the safe was made of one inch steel all the way around. problem was that the tool got to hot very quick and i had to wear gloves and wait a couple of minutes for the tool to cool down but even with the cool down it still took me about 40 minutes to cut the top of the safe.
Drill: very powerful in torque much and as before has survive multiple drops without a problem
Pros: Powerful, Easy to Use, All In One, Sturdy, Accurate, Good Size & Weight, Light Weight, Long-Lasting, promotion price of $399, better ergonomics then other dewalt tools i tried
Cons: tools get to hot quickly, batteries did not have charge duration lights, no hard case

i was going to buy the 18 volt combo drill and impact set, but i was told that the 20 volt batteries last much longer. man do they ever!! this kit has everything you need for the home and beyond. i would strongly recommend this product for whatever your needs. you wont be disappointed!!

batteries are extremely strong, much better than the 18v lit ion they last much longer. Te flashlight is extremely bright almost better than a spotlight. The saw has a great trigger easy blade change and lots of power. Did not like the lights staying on on the drill and impact driver until I used them for a while and found it very handy, I think they stay on for ten secounds after trigger release.

Great tools(combo) good deal, flash light it is Led it shoots straight,impact drill is basically same as the 18 volts but this one has three lights to light up working area,drill it is same as the other one 18 volts but more powerfully a little bit lighter,saw saw it is more powerful then the xrp 18 vlts it does'n get stock as the 18 vlts but blade cutss only one way it does'n cut side ways so I think that the only think I don't like from this saw saw. Price is worth it.
