Heats great, lots of great features but no company support. have tried in vane to get a new caster sent to me. The caster are very cheaply made.

The 20 in. Infra-Red Quartz Heating Fireplace w/ Remote is beautiful. The workmanship is excellent. The fire looks very authentic. The heat the fireplace gives is as much as a real fireplace. It makes my den cozy and comfortable.
