I had an ignitor problem but then i took off the regulator hose and reconnected it. Turns out that the regulator will not flow unless there is a good seal. Anyway, after that, I was able to cook a couple of very nice rib eyes for my wife and me and they were freakin' phenomenal considering I had no opportunity to marinate. Just a quick bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Turn the grill on high and let it sit for about ten minutes. Then, sear each side of the steak on high for one minute with the lid closed. After you have seared each side of the steak on high for one minute with the lid closed, turn the heat down to medium and cook for roughly 4 minutes on each side with the lid closed. That's what I did and, for my money, it is worth it for sure.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I bought this the other day because I want a small. It is not worth the effort, it is going back to the store. I had chicken on it for over an hour on high and it still wasn't cooked.

Bought this grill in March. When I went to use it the first time the ignitor wouldn't work. The grill could only be lit with a match. Took it back to Home Depot the next day and picked up a replacement. Same exact grill. Got it home, hooked it up and went to start it and the ignitor didn't work on this grill either. This second grill didn't want to lite with matches either. We loaded it back into the truck and returned it the same day and got my money back. When we got to the store to return the first grill, there was another of the same grill that had been returned by someone else with a note on it saying the ignitor didn't work. After seeing that, I shouldn't have bothered with the second grill. Very disappointing.

Looks good, but when put together, ignitor switch not working. Will have to use a match, but not sending back just for that small inconvenience. Overall an ok purchase for the money.

took a long time to assemble, self-igniter isn't all that reliable, but once it's running, does a fine job.

When I first got it home, the ignitor wouldn't light the grill.
It would light with a match. (Home Depot assembled it for me) I took it back and got a different grill (the same model). It lite great the first time I tried it. Since then, every time I try to use it, it takes quite a few times to get it to finally light. The grill is very flimsy, the handle to open the lid gets very hot when cooking (on low heat), and I don't think that it will hold up very well. I am very disappointed in it and I would not buy another one.
No, I do not recommend this product.

You get what you pay for. Flimsy paper thin metal construction and shoddy self tapping screws that strip before they're tight. I substituted high quality screws and nuts in place of the self tappers. Beyond that, everything fit together reasonably well. Once you get past the assembly issues, the thing works fairly good for a small, cheap basic grill, heats evenly and cooks ok. For that reason and the fact that I put a lot of effort into properly assembling the grill, I decided to keep it rather than return it. However, because of the low quality component parts, I would definitely not buy it again.

I have owned at least 4 or 5 low end propane grills in the last 25 years, while they have all have issues. This particular item does not work, now maybe it was the way the item was assembled but an expert at Home Depot did that. It does not work!!!!!!

Not looking for anything fancy or expensive I made this purchase and I am very satisfied with my decision. Plenty of cooking space, plenty of heat for doing steaks or something thicker. Nothing amazing, but perfect for the casual grill user.
Yes, I recommend this product.

No bells and whistles here, but this little 2-burner gets it done for a good price. I can fit 4 steaks, a couple potatoes, and some corn on the warming rack so there's plenty of room, and it gets plenty hot.

It took us a little over 1 hour to put the whole thing together. But then again, we're not to the most mechanically inclined. When we tried it out for the first time, it worked great! We grilled out steaks and we both like them well done. I was afraid I was going to end up with charcoal, but the even distribution of the heat helped to cook the meat evenly on both sides... If you're needing something small and basic, this will do.
Yes, I recommend this product.

When we lost our power for a week due to a freak New England snow storm in October, our neighbor brought this grill over for us to use. It's a great size - and so easy to keep clean! Plenty of room to cook vegetables in a disposable tin on one side and grill meat on the other side. Highly recommend this grill!!
