The unit seems to be well made, it took me about an hour to put together which isn't bad. The bad part of this unit are the wheels, truly bad design, two wheels sticking out the back makes absolutely no sense, the leverage you need to tip it back to roll is unatainable when the gas tank is mounted. I'm trying to fabricate a bracket to install two more wheels on the front of the BBG so I can just roll it around. Very stupid design.

I purchased this grill because I needed a small two burner grill. Trying to assemble it was impossible! Quality was extremely poor, there were parts missing so the product got returned to Home Depot. Brinkmann's brand has hit bottom when they emblazoned it on this Chinese piece of junk. Think long and hard before you buy a Brinkmann product. Home Depot probably won't post this but their quality assurance officer with the company needs to take notice!

Just like others parts in box were dented. I was also missing a hinge for the hood. I had received 3 sets of side hinges but only one for the hood. I contacted customer service because according to the box it is "great customer service". When you call the customer service line, you cannot directly talk to someone you can only leave a phone number and when it is convenient for them they will call you back. Usually at least 3 to 4 hours later, if not the next day. I bought this grill in march and it is now May and I still have not received the parts I need. They always tell me that it will be 2 more weeks. Do not waste your money on this product.

I've had this grill for about a month. We cook on it about twice a week. While not in use we store it in our garage and wheel it out when we need it. Last week, one of the wheels snapped at the hub. When looking at the remains of the wheel I saw just how cheap they were. I went back to the store and bought some 2 inch polypropylene casters. Disassembled them with a 10 mm wrench and replaced the el cheapo wheels with my freshly liberated casters. Back in business and happy again.

Grill works for the price. It is very cheaply constructed though. Doesn't sit level on the ground. But works. We will see how long it last. Been using for about a month now.

Some parts were dented in the box but it went together well. Finished product looked good. The lengthy assembly instructions are a bit intimidating and a little confusing but complete.
Although I don't think this will get super searing hot, it works well for grilling steaks and vegetables. Heat is even enough to get the job done. WE have loaded it up and it keeps up on the cooking. Small footprint, no bells and whistles. Overall this is a good product for the money.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Kind of a pain to assemble but well worth the hour spent. The electric start works great, the grill is ready to cook on in less than two minutes. The tempature is easy to control. If you are cooking for only 1 to 4 people it's the perfect size.

Very disappointed in the product. The store salesperson was very good. I told him what I was looking for and we both looked on the websight and I picked out thid grill because of the features and pricepoint. The salesperson cannot help it if the grill is a piece of junk.

This is cheaply made. The screw holes don't even line up. Putting it together was a disaster due to incorrectly matched holes. It is not the sturdiest of bbq's and will definitely fall over on a windy day. Looks cute but really wanted a BBQ that was sturdy and simple.

Like the others, mine had a few bends in some of the parts. Two seconds with a rubber mallet and you couldn't tell. People, please learn how to use tools! I understand if it is scratched, but the bends were so minor, you couldn't tell once its all together. For the holes not lining up... again, maybe this is your first time using tools. You must get all of the other screws in place BEFORE you tighten one screw all the way down. It is a great grill for a small family, I love the convenience of propane. (I am a long time charcoal griller)

Just bought this and brought it home. This is the cheapest grill I've ever seen. Now I see why they had it up on the top shelf...so you couldn't touch it and really see the quality. It is wobbly, holes don't match up, it was dented and scratched right out of the box, some holes had no threads to hold screws, screws are soft and screw heads strip right out. Overall, this is pretty pathetic. We buy a new grill about every 2 years and just moved to a condo so the smallness of this grill was appealing. I will never buy this brand again.

I bought this grill to replace a worn out char-broil that had already been refurbished once.
There is not a lot of cooking surface but what there is is all usable. Most lower price grills have more fire box area than actual cooking surface leaving a lot of poorly heated grid surface. This grill has a totally usable grill surafce.
It's a nice size for small spaces and even looks good.
A couple of other reviewers say its not built well. Perhaps they're comparing it to a Weber because compared to other grills in this price range its very well built with lots of stainless steel surfaces.
It was easy to assemble with everything lining up as it should.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Bought this item in lite of the other posts on here. Got what I was expecting, rough on quality and finish. The Grill looks good and functions well. Cooked steaks on this Grill and took like 5 to 8 minutes to get a well done steak. The grill will pump some heat. Takes about half hour with (1)adjustable wrench and (1)phillips or flat heads screwdriver. Follow instructions and your golden.

Out of the box there were some bent and scratched parts as others have mentioned. I really didn't fell like running back to the store so I put together anyways which only took about a half hour. I took pics of the bad parts and will see if I can get a price adjustment. With the bent and scratched seems it should only be a $100 grill. Has odd designs flaw, gas hose should not wrap around, it should go through the back, but thats me. Over all decent after I got it together and fired up. I would hold of for a sale though.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Bought one and brought it home. When I opened it up the components were so bent and scuffed I thought it had been damaged in shipment. I took it back and exchanged it for another. Opened it up at the store and looked at the components on top. Looked a little better (but was still skeptical). Brought it home, opened it, and as I unloaded the rest of the box, I noticed half the rivets on the base had come undone. Very disappointed. I know it's a cheaper grill, but when I pay full price for something that is supposed to be brand new, I expect to pull something brand new out of the box.

Bought this grill as a gift along with fixings for a nice steak dinner for our son. Drove 5 hours, got the tank filled with propane and surprised the birthday boy. Just tried to put it together, base was all dented, screw holes were stripped, gave up and have to go buy charcoal. We are packing it all up and returning it. Unfortunately we now have a brand new tank full of propane that cannot be used or transported.

I switched to gas after rotting out the bottom of my previous grill...wanted something a little less labor intensive and doesn't take up a lot of space. So far so good, although i've only cooked some chicken breasts and asparagus wrapped in tin foil.
