It's only been a week, but so far I think it's great. I have a smaller kitchen and a smaller space for a refrigerator so was looking for one ~ 33 inches wide with french doors. It has lots' of space. I love the french doors, you can see everything. The shelves have a good range of adjustability. The ice maker doesn't make any more noise than the old one and works well. The open door alarm is an awesome feature..Time will tell on the durability.

We have had the unit for a month now. So far so good. The only complaint is the ice maker is louder than our previous unit. Especially when the water turns on.
The delivery people called the day of the delivery instead of the night before the delivery. We had to rush home to meet them. The unit was damaged during delivery. The Home Depot delivery person ordered a replacement door. That same day, we found more damage to a second door. This damage was caused when the delivery person installed the kick plate. We contacted LG customer service and they said they would order the second door. When the first door was replaced, the LG repairman was not aware of the second door problem. We contacted LG customer service again and they gave us the run around and said we were not getting the second door. It turns out that the LG repairman ordered the second door and installed it a week later. The LG repairman was great, but the LG customer service department was terrible.

Cons: loud ice maker

Had a Kenmore side-by-side with ice and water in the door and hated it. Small interior space and no room for large items. This LG has a huge interior. I'm in a wheelchair and find that everything in the fridge is so much easier for me to get to.

Considering this refrigerator is only 33 inches wide, it has a large amount of storage space inside it. We switched from a side by side refrigerator and are shocked by how much more we seem to be able to fit inside this without it being impossible to find anything. It fits well in a 34 x 69 inch space, although we had to raise the doors on the cupboards above it slightly for them to open due to the additional hinge height. The freezer also has a surprising amount of storage space and the ice maker works well and is very quiet. The lighting inside the refrigerator is much better than the old side by side refrigerator we had also. Overall a very quiet, roomy, efficient and aesthetically pleasing refrigerator.

LG makes a quality product. I worried that going with a 33 inch wide fridge meant giving up a ton of space, but that isn't the case with this refrigerator. I can fit 4 gallons of milk in the side doors, and that still leaves two bottom shelves in the doors. I love the sliding tray. It's perfect for juice boxes. I have small children, and I was worried about them constantly opening the bottom freezer. It isn't an issue. There is just the right amount of suction to keep the kiddos out. Also, another great feature is the doors beep to let you know if you haven't shut them completely. A great product, and I highly recommend it.

Due to a smaller space, we were limited on choices. So many other brands this size felt cheap. LG is outstanding. Love the smooth rolling drawers, it's very, very quiet, very cold at regular settings. There was a small scratch on the door and LG is replacing a week later - easy process. Home Depot delivery guys were good. So much room deep in this fridge!

We bought this in a hurry after our old fridge died. It is very spacious for a 33" wide refrigerator, which we needed. We happened to see this one while it was on sale, and decided to get it. Originally we were delivered an LG model LFC20770SB due to an error between The Home Depot and their supplier. We used that fridge for a week and a half before the new one came. We have been extremely happy with the quality so far and we love the internal layout.

I have had this fridge from LG for almost a year now.
I am very happy overall with this product. The first thing I noticed was that it was super quiet in comparison to my other older Magtag fridge. I love the french doors, allows me to get whatever I need without having the whole thing open. The shelving in the unit is a little cheap-looking, but it looks. The energy saving mode is a great feature. It has made my bills come down slightly over the last year. The door has an alarm system which is another great thing because sometimes the doors do not close well and it immediately notifies of that. Frost free and lots of space. It has a built is ice maker which I have not connected up and switched off. The only real problem smudge marks are clearly visible on the outside slightly matte finish. Overall a very nice unit to have.

I have now had this refrigerator for two weeks. It is a little deeper and taller than the one we took out - but fit in without a problem.
We all like the french doors and the bottom refrigerator design - as it works well for our day to day use.
The only thing we are disappointed with is the ice maker - which is very very very slow. I kept my old refrigerator and did a test. We started with both ice trays empty in both refrigerators. We then looked at the end of the day. The LG had very little ice in the tray and the old refrigerator tray was full. The LG takes around three days to fill up the ice tray. It simply can't keep up with my family's usage. The LG has an "ICE PLUS" features which should make ice cubes faster for 24 hours. For the record, we had that on for the test.
Pros: Easy to Use, Good Size & Weight, Lots of Features, Good Use of Space

This 33 inch width refrigerator is perfect for tight spaces and it is still 24.7 c.f. so you don't loose room. You do need to have the height as it is 69.5 in height. If you have the option of removing the cabinet above to make the room do so.

I was so excited about purchasing this refrigerator, however very disappointed after using it for 2 years. The plastic edge along the bottom glass shelf cracked and eventually broke. The bottom shelf is really the only shelf that can hold larger, heavier items such as turkeys, hams, and 2 liter bottles. This damage caused the weight of the items on the shelf to be placed on the bottom vegetable crisper drawer which then cracked and broke itself. As you can see in the picture, now the shelf won't sit on the ledge properly. This didn't happen right away. When I called for replacement parts, Home Depot directed me to LG, and they quoted me an excessive amount for the shelf (plus delivery) and almost as much for the drawer. We also had a bin on the door that cracked, which I did replace through LG parts, but the lady on the phone was rude. I was not interested in a huge repair bill after spending an exorbitant amount on a new fridge. The cheese drawer also cracked. I felt like it was falling apart on me. A refrigerator should be the most durable appliance in the house because it is used so much everyday. I know it sounds like I must be rough on my appliances, but we are just a family of 4 (Plus a grandma every now and then). I was also extremely disappointed that it didn't come in clean steel. The front of my fridge is not magnetic and the use of tape has discolored the finish (I have a 5 year old who loves her artwork displayed). The front always looks streaky (dirty/smudgy) even though I use the recommended cleaners.
Cons: Not Durable

The refrigerator looks just beautiful. However, mine came delivered with a small hole in the inside liner of the freezer. I am working it out with LG CS since the hole was not observed until after 48 hours of delivery. We are limited to a 33 inch opening and we are happy with the capacity of this fridge. Overall the top compartment layout is good. In my opinion, having the following options would make it 100% for me: 1) inside water dispenser and filter, and 2) more placement options on the door shelves (there's not enough clearance to easily take out a gallon of milk).
Here are a few cons: from day one, there's moisture build up on the strip between the doors. The troubleshooting guide said in order to correct it, turn off "energy efficiency" option. This defeats the purpose of making it energy efficient. The second con is the ice maker tray taking up half of the top drawer in the freezer. The third one is the refrigerator doesn't have a brake/stopper, so we have to hold one of the doors while opening another to prevent it from rolling forward. Lastly, at times the freezer drawer seems a bit awkward to store things. I am still getting use to it.
In comparison to my previous traditional refrigerator, this is by far very stylish and compliments the kitchen nicely. I am overall very satisfied with the purchase. Nothing is perfect, so based on the criteria this fits most our needs.

Have had this model in black for a little over one month and love it. The adjustibility of the shelves in the refrigerator make it easy to fit any size items quickly. I do not miss the usual "meat drawer" under the upper shelves and find the two veggie draws and serving drawer are more than enough. The ice maker is also incredibly fast and was full in 48 hours of large cubes, not the small crescent shaped ice many makers produce. The LED lighting is bright and plentiful and the gallon door storage is abundant.
A few annoyances are 1) the finish is smooth so finger prints are clearly visible and need to be wiped daily to keep it looking new and 2) the veggie drawer on the right side can not be pulled out fully with only the right door open, whereas the left drawer can be pulled out completely with only the left door open. It's just annoying for a righty like myself! 3) The bottom shelves on the doors are smaller and you actually can't see them if you are standing inbetween the doors unless you bend down to check whats in them. None of these issues would prevent me from purchasing this refrigerator!

Extremely quiet and efficient. Internal space layout works very well for us. Previous model had cooling system failure after 3-1/2 years. Could happen to any product. LG and Home Depot expedited a service call and the technician determined the appliance was not repairable. A no hassle settlement was made and we replaced with another LG. LG and Home Depot stand behind their warranties. Very happy with the outcome.

We have had this refrigerator for about 3 weeks now and really like it. It has a lot of space, shelves are sturdy and easy to rearrange and the fruit and vegetable drawers are spacious. Like the big storage shelves on the doors too.
It seems to be running fine and very quietly. We have not hooked up the ice maker yet, so I can not review that.

We bought this refrigerator in the stainless steel and we absolutely love the classy professional look to it. We have friends totally shocked that there is a French Door refrigerator out there that can fit in a 36" space designed for those old refrigerators. It was taller than our last, but we just removed the cupboard above it. The lighting inside and ease of adjusting temperature is wonderful. But most of all, we love the space. The door compartments are well planned out and the endless space on the shelves still hasn't filled up after 3 weeks of use! Our old refrigerator used to freeze my produce, which I hated. Produce that I purchased over a week ago, is still in great shape. The freezer also has a deep basket on the bottom which allows me to stand boxes on their ends so that I can see everything in there. All-in-all this has been one of my best refrigerators ever!

We've had this refrigerator for 3 weeks and we are very pleased with it. Kitchen is small, so we had limited room and this refrigerator fits perfectly in its space. It has a lot of room inside and I love the drawer across the bottom of refrigerator section. We also like the bottom freezer and it makes lots of ice quickly. Also like the LED lighting inside. We like the food being at eye level; everything can be seen easily.
