I love this skillet; it cooks beautifully. It heats evenly and rapidly, and the non-heat handles are awesome. I wanted it because the surface didn't have a non-stick coating, so I was very pleasantly surprised at how easily it cleans up. I'm planning on getting a second for when I need two at once!

This is the best skillet that I have ever owned! I did not want a coated non stick skillet due to concerns about consuming the coating as it wore off. This skillet cooks evenly, stays at the heat that it is set on, and browns the food better than a non stick skillet. It cleans up very easily. Buy it, you will not be dissapointed!

Perfect! None of that non-stick mess that eventually scratches out of the pan. This is the real deal. Solid, compact, and the clear glass top is wonderful to "keep an eye" on things as they cook. Heavy duty and well worth the money. Looking forward to many years of use!
