30 Watt 12-Volt DC LED White Lighting Power Supply
The Armacost Lighting 30 watt 12 Volt DC LED power supply delivers highly efficient, stabilized power for LED lighting. For use with Armacost Lighting's RibbonFlex Pro LED Tape Lighting - Store SKU #'s 592412 and 592808 - and other LED lighting systems requiring 12 Volt constant voltage power. For LED lighting brightness control, power supply is compatible with Armacost Lighting's low voltage LED lighting dimmer, store SKU # 589376. Not for use with 120 Volt AC dimmer switches. If additional wattage is required, choose a 60 watt power supply, store SKU# 591620.

Fairly easy to install, I direct wired them (the way it’s build makes getting a 14 gauge wire in a little hard, but not too bad) to a wall switch and the other I direct wired it by pulling power from an outlet and routed it through a dimmer (make sure your dimmer is compatible). Remember this is electrical work if you are direct wiring be careful or call a electrician.... Direct wiring makes it a little harder but if you go with the attached plug... you'll ahve it done in no time
Pros: Functional, Fast / Speed, Eco-Friendly
Cons: direct wiring makes it a little harder

Electrical contractor had no problem installing this with under-counter tape light. The power source is nestled nicely and neatly in kitchen cabinet. It's not in a switched outlet, so could use an on-off switch on the power supply.
Pros: Functional, Good Size & Weight, Nice Design
Cons: could use on/off switch

This ballast, or converter is very easy to use with multiple installation options. Plug in, direct wire or install a switch in between.
Even relatively entry level users can install with confidence and be ensured a quality product and use.
