No, I do not recommend this product.
The product looked OK on arrival, but.....
The pilot-bit receiving hole was about 1/8 inch off center so withe pilot bit in place the hole saw was traveling about 1/4 inch back and forth on the work piece. I removed the center bit, drilled a 1 3/4 inch hole in a 1x4 (with a regular hole saw), clamped the 1x4 to the work piece, and use the hole in the 1x4 to provide the stability to start drilling holes in the tile. Without the center bit, the hole saw cut quickly through my glass tile and cement board. Next time I will read these reviews before I purchase!
Pros: Looks Great
Cons: poorly built

the hole saw was out of balance from the package --- the abrasive wore off half way through the 1st - 1" depth hole, and then one of the edge broke off.. returned to the Home-depot for a full refund
Pros: Looks Great
Cons: failed

only got 2 holes out of it. ran water the entire time and the diamond still gave up. centering bit was also of center for the hole saw so the drill wobbled so bad in abandoned the centering bit after awhile. Also purchased a QEPTile hole saw for a different hole size and it was a much better product.
Cons: overall poor quality

Looks nice out of the box. But didn't perform as well as I had hoped. Bought this to install pop up drains for our new vessel sinks on our fresh piece of granite. Marked my spot and went to start drilling. First thing I notice is the whole saw is not spinning true. This would have made an oblong hole. Took the shank bit out and did it the hard way. Worked out for 2 holes and looks like there is plenty of diamond left. If you have your own shank bit use that. But if you don't, don't count on this one being straight.
Cons: bent shank bit
