I worked at this store for several years and have been gone for a few years now. I must say the store looks newer and more organized then ever before. The shelves were full and all items were priced, which make for a great customer experience,,, Lookin good guy's, keep it up...

We had just been at Lowe's looking at shop vacs and I thought they were a little more expensive than they should be so I told my wife "let's go check at Home Depot". So we did and found an almost identical one for half the price that it was at Lowe's! We were extremely pleased.

All the employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable every time my wife & I are in the store. The store is always clean, including the bathroom and orgaanized. It's always a good experience.

CHECKING OUT AT THIS STORE IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. THE REGISTERS ARE INACCESSIBLE AND OVERCROWDED. SEVEN PEOPLE WERE IN LINE AND ONE CASHIER LEFT HER STATION AND DID NOT RETURN, LEAVING ONLY ONE AVAILABLE CASHIER.

I went to your store to find a generator as we have been without power for 5 days and due to continuing storms we will not have power restored until next week. The lady that helped me was extremely customer friendly and did everything to make sure my experience was great. I did not get the employees names, but she was a slender, tall, short gray haired lady and a young man with reddish hair and beard. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and were friendly and efficient. As a retired store manager I was impressed with the customer service they gave.

There are plenty of store employees who greet and ask if I need assistance. I like when the cashier asks if I need help with loading. Home Depot is the most helpful big store in Bowling Green

One of my neighbors had these great garden solar lights, and said that she had gotten them at Home Depot. I went the next day to check them out, but couldn't find them until I asked one of the sales associates. He not only showed me where they were, he answered all sorts of questions that I had and ( because I bought so many) carried them to the front for me.
I came back a couple days laters to get a few more, and the same associate recognized me and asked me how I liked the ones I'd already bought. When does that ever happen???
I'll be returning to Home Depot!

The paint department was fantastic, and helped us not only find the right stain, but tested several of them to make sure it was the right color that we were looking for. From this fantastic service to Steve in the flooring section who not only showed us the type of flooring available, but showed us how easy it would be to install ourselves, and then proceeded to show us how to install some tile, and offered to teach us in a class offered by Home Depot, which was a great thing to offer. Best visit to Home Depot so far.

Thanks to Mr.Boards in Appliances, My wife is looking forward to delivery of her new washing machine. He emphasized all the features that she was looking for and we purchased here rather than shopping to save a $1.00. Thanks again to Mr. Boards and Home Depot for making shopping a pleasure.

I can't describe how much more helpful the associates are at Home Depot. We no longer shop at any of the other home improvement stores because it's so hard to find people willing to help you. The associates at Home Depot are always willing to help me with everything I need from finding the correct isle to explaining how to complete our latest project. Thank you Home Depot!!

Full time in my last visit. Normally I did not care for Home Depot, but this last visit was different. There were more knowledgeable associates, better selection and the store appeared to be better organized. I look forward to my next visit.
