I went to Home Depot for soil. I needed ten 40lb bags but was unable to lift them due to recent hand surgery. The associate assisting me called a young man to help, who then graciously wheeled all ten bags to my car and packed my trunk. Thank you very much to the store team!

We needed assistance to find items we wanted, and the first associate we saw was helpful, took us right to the items. While we were deciding another associate came over to help us choose and was quick and efficient. The price was better than at other places, and we purchased the items and were happy with their quality.

Everyone in the store was very friendly, from the greeters to the check out teller. The store is far more visually appealing than the stores in Northwest Indiana where I moved here from. Prices were reasonable. i bought two temporary screens for windows, and they were comparably priced to the Walmart across the street. Always preferred Home Depot to Lowes, and looks like down here I still will.

I went to HD looking for a pressure washer. The one I wanted was up on a shelf where you could not look over the unit to see what hose fittings etc were on it. An associate helped me set it on the floor, where I did my inspection and decided against that unit. Another brand was marked NEW and had the same pressure, flow and pump. It had quick couplers like I wanted so I bought it instead. The associate went to find a cart and before he got back another associate went by with a cart, stopped and we loaded the unit. By this time the original associate was back and he pushed the cart to the check out and out to my pickup. We loaded it and I was gone all in about 25 minutes.

Needed assistance getting plywood loaded on the cart and then to get cut. Didn't ask for help but employee came up and offered assistance. So nice not to have to walk around looking for a worker!

I have never had a problem at my local Home Depot (Wentzville, MO.) but I can't say that I have ever been WOWED either. In my opinion the gentlemen in the paint department have always been the most helpful when I have had a question.

i have used the wentzville store for convenience but the store associates here have always managed to be ready to help me on all my visits. so i prefer to shop here! thank you all at the pro desk, jeff,chris and sandra. and andrew in lumber. Also those in plumbing and electrical
