I custom ordered window treatments thru Home Depot and I was pressured into ordering Levelor vs. Bali which I have previously used in the past. I had to have numerous blinds replaced, one was replaced 3 times! They are starting to bow but when I called to see if I could reorder with another brand, they told me no since they were custom. My sales lady said she did not work on commission but someone is getting a kickback from Levelor with the pressure they put on purchasing that brand. I would never recommend Levelor brand or Home Depot for custom blinds due to my experience!

There was a lot of errors and delay with the whole procss.
The blinds were finally installed but a piece was missing and I am still waiting for it. The installation person told me to just attach the piece myself because it would be a very LONG time before someone would come back out to attach the missing blind slat.
I'm really delighted with my new window treatments. The same person who did the measuring did the installation as well. The installer arrived on time, was neat and methodical in preparing the blinds for installation and hung them perfectly. He cleaned up everything as we went, and after he left you could not tell he'd been here - other than my beautiful windows. I couldn't be happier, and have already recommended your services to several friends and co-workers. Thank you!
Good overall experience and would definitely recommend. Felt I got good value between the installation and the blind quality. Had to help with one of the measurements for a double window that needed a single valance, but found the store team very helpful and willing to take all the time needed to get my order right. Product-wise, I'm a huge fan of the 2" blinds (I have a mid-century house), and went with faux wood to keep the cost down and because I was doing white. Pleased!
We had 15 faux wood blinds installed and from the order to delivery to install, it was simple and easy on our part and the price of the whole thing ended up being cheaper than our original quote, so we were very happy. Great job overall.
The installers had to trim one set of blinds a little and did it nicely with a saw. Each set of blinds had to be installed slightly differently, and they took time to study how the measurements were taken to get it right. They cleaned up after themselves nicely.
The Hunter Douglas verticals on three sliding doors are a dream to use and look so neat and low profile. No more ugly 70's valance at the top and stubborn mechanisms. From start to finish installation it was seamless. I'm a happy customer, and Home Depot my perrenial faovorite!

Installer was great but dealing with the actual store was a headache to say it nicely!
The sales woman was so helpul and not pushy. She was very nice and answered all my questions. The guy who came to take the measurements and install was great. He was a quiet man but very pleasant and did a great job.
Home Depot made the process so easy! One phone call to them was all it took. The Designer contacted me very promptly to schedule my in home design consultation. She was very knowledgable and helped me to select a great product that goes perfectly with my decor. The blinds arrived way earlier than I thought they would which was awesome. The installation service was quick and efficient. Clean up was great. I can't say enough good things about the whole process! Thank you Home Depot!!
Linda helped us choose the best product within our budget . The installation and selection process was too smooth that we hardly did any follow up. Overall all we are fully satisfied with it and will strongly recommend it to others!!!
I signed up for the installation service so everything would be easy. The install itself was fine and i like the blinds but getting the installer on the phone was a nightmare! I had to call the store half a dozen times, and stop in twice to get this guy to call me back. Then after playing phone tag with him it took almost 2 months to get my blinds installed! The communication on the part of the installer and home depot is simple unacceptable. It is for this reason that I am very hesistant to do business with Home depot in the future. I didn't even get an apology out of anyone within the organization, that just pretty low.
