I custom ordered window treatments thru Home Depot and I was pressured into ordering Levelor vs. Bali which I have previously used in the past. I had to have numerous blinds replaced, one was replaced 3 times! They are starting to bow but when I called to see if I could reorder with another brand, they told me no since they were custom. My sales lady said she did not work on commission but someone is getting a kickback from Levelor with the pressure they put on purchasing that brand. I would never recommend Levelor brand or Home Depot for custom blinds due to my experience!

Good product for a great price. Finished results look great!
We received the exact look we were hoping for with our new blinds. The install was fantastic and worth spending the money to save our sanity. We had 24 blinds installed throughout our house and they all work wonderfully and look fantastic. The installer was great to work with and left no mess.
I wanted real wood blinds but after visiting the store and with an associate I went with Bali faux wood because of its durablilty. The install was quick and clean. The install price was great and the blinds look amazing. My only request would be to view the billing/receipt online.
My experience with Home Depot for window treatments was not a good one. Almost impossible to get in touch with department personnel on the phone to check on order status. Product quality was fine, but too much time necessary to place order and schedule installation.
Good overall experience and would definitely recommend. Felt I got good value between the installation and the blind quality. Had to help with one of the measurements for a double window that needed a single valance, but found the store team very helpful and willing to take all the time needed to get my order right. Product-wise, I'm a huge fan of the 2" blinds (I have a mid-century house), and went with faux wood to keep the cost down and because I was doing white. Pleased!

There was a lot of errors and delay with the whole procss.
The blinds were finally installed but a piece was missing and I am still waiting for it. The installation person told me to just attach the piece myself because it would be a very LONG time before someone would come back out to attach the missing blind slat.
From start to finish, the service was extremely professional and helpful. We had great help in-store with choosing the blinds and setting up a professional measurement. The measurement went well as did the installation. We feel that the installer was knowledgeable and the job was done with respect, professionalism and was completed in a timely fashion. This was a very good experience. Job well done!
I'm really delighted with my new window treatments. The same person who did the measuring did the installation as well. The installer arrived on time, was neat and methodical in preparing the blinds for installation and hung them perfectly. He cleaned up everything as we went, and after he left you could not tell he'd been here - other than my beautiful windows. I couldn't be happier, and have already recommended your services to several friends and co-workers. Thank you!

Extraordinary service from start to finished. Cost was comparable and ,at times, lower than speciality stores.
I contacted three stores, besides Home Depot, in quest of hunter Douglas shades. Home Depot responded in a timely manner. The initial measurements and product selection was completed within 10 days of my initial inquiry. Comparison of prices from other retailers revealed slightly lower prices for the same product. I had to wait another week for the final measurements by an independent contractor. Mshades arrived five weeks later. Remote shades had a glitch but the independent contractor returned in three days and corrected the problem. Only complaint, having to pay in full seven weeks ahead.

Good installation and great product. Customer service was good from the vendor, but merely okay from Home Depot
I ordered light-cancelling honey-comb blinds from the Home Depot in Falls Church, Virginia (Seven Corners).
They sat down with us and walked us through the entire process. The installer came and installed the blinds with little incident and they look great.
My one complaint, why are the telephones such a disaster? Every time I called over there I was transferred to the wrong person 6 times, put on hold for 30 minutes, and then hung up on. After about 6 rounds of this, I finally reach the right person. Please train your employees to answer and route calls properly.
The product was cheaper at Home Depot than other stores, and the installation was leaps and bounds cheaper. Even though it was cheaper, it was still high quality. The 2 guys that came to install our blinds were very nice and pleasant to talk to. The were in and out very quickly and I am very pleased.
The Hunter Douglas verticals on three sliding doors are a dream to use and look so neat and low profile. No more ugly 70's valance at the top and stubborn mechanisms. From start to finish installation it was seamless. I'm a happy customer, and Home Depot my perrenial faovorite!
We had 15 faux wood blinds installed and from the order to delivery to install, it was simple and easy on our part and the price of the whole thing ended up being cheaper than our original quote, so we were very happy. Great job overall.
The whole process took less than 2 weeks. Measurement were taken, blinds cut next day. Installers came in 4 days and were quick and very courteous. Were mindful of not making a mess. Cleaned up and threw away boxes. Overall I was very happy
