Excellent job by Ricky and Madilyn in flooring and Gulnaz/Expiditor. After unsuccessful attempts to work with another location, these associates went above and beyond to assist with a carpet purchase. They were not only helpful and knowledgable, but kind, considerate and thoughtful. My purchase was completed and they had followed up with me to insure my satisfaction. Great Job RICKY, MADILY & GULNAZ. I deeply appreciate all that you did to rectify this situation.

Jim, I believe was his name was not only helpful, but showed me the best products, showed me the price differences and recommended not only theproduct I needed when I brought in three types of weeds, etc, but also made recommendations on how to apply it.

Appliance sales associate woman helped us find a home depot at Coit and Parker with the small freezer we wanted to buy that night. She made arrangements that the freezer would be ready to load in car. That was so helpful. Thanks.

I need 3 weird things that I wasn't even for sure that Home Depot carried. Right when I walked in, I there was associate walking by, I ask him where the items were, he admited one this is different, but we went straight to them and got the items and I was on my way.

I needed to have a replacement house key made and I only had a limited amount of personal time to complete this task. When I got to the key products area, an employee was immediately available. He was fast, courteous and helpful. And he quickly processed my request. I was in and out of the store with the item I needed within a short period of time.

Each visit is always with success. With computers as they are now, a store search screen at the entrance would be helpful to locate an item in need.

Don't buy loose hardware items

Needed a few washers. Took 15 minutes to check out because of rude, obnoxius cashier who was incabple of listening. Had the identification numbers of each item written down, but she was too busy running her head to utilize the information. So DON"T BUY loose hardware parts like a few washers at Home Depot.

I DIDN'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY SINK PURCHACE AND THERE WAS SOMEBODY THERE TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME AND SHOW ME THE BEST DEAL, I NEEDED A DISPOSAL AS WELL AND GOT A TIP ON HOW TO INSTALL IT PROPERLY THAT MAY HAVE BEEN OVERLOOKED OTHERWISE, SO I WAS THANKFUL FOR MY SALES ASSOCIATE'S KNOWLEDGE.
