From the very beginning of the process, the Home Depot folks were very helpful. We had rented our home and it was left in a shambles. The quality of the carpet we installed was beautiful, and the entire process from start to finish went smoothly and expertly. We will definitely continue using Home Depot for our home improvement projects in the future.

When the estimator came to measure he padded the square footage by adding an extra 200 square feet to the total. Now I know that there is some leftover but no one not even home depot could account for the extra square feet. Unfortunately we needed it done fast and my husband said to let it go. So we paid the extra $200 for it and I will never use Home Depot for an installation again. With that said the men who came to put the carpets in were very professional and did fabulous work and were in and out within a decent amount of time around 3 hours. Their the only reason I gave it a two star.

Very happy with our carpet installation. Crew showed up on time, were very nice and professional. Did a great job cleaning up subflooring and even helped me fix a squeek in subfloor before they put the carpet down. Hands down, a great job!!!!

The workers were timely and very professional
I was asked to view the carpet first to see if it was the one i ordered.The crew leader asked me about the position of the seams.
They worked till it was totally installed.They Vacummed it before i viewed it.
I love walking into the room now. It is so warm and inviting. I hope the same crew is available to me for my next purchase and installation.

At the store, the sales rep. was not knowledgeable or helpful in recommending carpets for our needs.
The day of installation, they were running very late due to poor time and location managing.

The flooring pro at HomeDepot did a great job of explaining the process, start to finish. A key area explained was the carpet pattern repeat and size requirement. The guy that measured was thorough. But the most important group we're the installers. They did a fantastic job (15 yrs installation experience). Hope everyone gets these installers. Looks like HD selects the best!

The installers showed up promptly at 10:00 am, reviewed the order with me and went right to work. By 12:20 pm the pad and carpet were expertly installed and vacuumed. The installers went over the order again and made sure I was completely satisfied before asking me to sign off. I could not be happier with my new carpet!

Carpet installers were excellent. They actually called me to see if possible to schedule earlier appointment and they were timely. They arrived and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend the installers to friends and family. The Home Depot process was easy and everyone was helpful.

All went well with this install except that I ordered two
4' x 8' extra pieces. I think that the installers cut the layout differently than what the computer provided for, thus, leaving me with four scraps that might add up to one 4'x8'. Also, I think I was over-charged on the padding. I think I was charged for padding on the two 4'x8' pieces, that I didn't get.

The installation was originally scheduled for 9 a.m. then it slipped to noon, then to 2:30 p.m. The installers finally showed up at 4 p.m. and by that time they were tired and wanted to get home as quickly as possible. In the meantime I had to stay close to the phone waiting for a phone call to confirm when the installers would arrive.
