The person who scheduled it was very flexible and met my needs. The crew who arrived to assemble the shed, were very professional and did a great job in a timely fashion. I would recommend Home Depot to others.

Generally speaking there was what I considered to be some uncalled for delay in getting the product installed ... they had to return to install the anchors which were not installed on the first run ... touch up paint was not neatly done ... and in general I was more satisfied with my first Tuff Shed which was the reason that I bought the second one...Tracy from Tuff Shed was a big help in keeping me informed as to the status etc.

Very helpful web-site!! Had one built 10 years ago by an earlier vendor, and this one's far nicer/better...more options for flooring/roofing. The pre-construction telecons were very professionally handled, the builder arrived on-time, finished on-time, and ensured the doors/workbench and other add-on's were positioned where I wanted. I'm VERY pleased!

Even after reviewing the site and where to put up the shed, it was still placed too close to an electrical box. When made aware of it (after the shed was nearly completed), the installers wasted no time in moving it to the proper location. They did so cheerfully and were great to work with...would definitely want them back to do similar work again.

Love Home Depot but the contractor they used was terrible. A so called mis communication on first install date. 2nd install date no show. Wife stayed home all day, I came home early from work for nothing. Builders assembled shed in wrong place violating code. Nails missed studs inside, skirting mismatched from shed, got attitude when I asked them to plz redo skirting and shed needed moved. Told me it would take 3-4 hours. Left for 45 min came back and 95% done. Showed them all the mistakes and they put boss on phone who tried to blame me. I was told be there to get them started, which I did, and be there to sign off. They hid rating paperwork under another page and told me to sign it. When I read it, more attitude.Told them I wouldnt sign anything untill all mistakes were corrected, attitude.
First ever review, easy going person but I was not satisfied at all from contract installers. Sales man and guy who had to come move shed were great.
I would never buy/reccomend buying another shed from this company who Home Depot sells their product.

Installers arrived late in the day (due to a larger instal prior to mine). However, they were professional and were able to complete the install before dark. Happily satisfied with the entire process.

I had to call them to get the appointment, would have been nicer for them to call me to schedule. Also they started to build it in the wrong place even though I told them were I wanted it.

now that the building is installed, noticed that I should have insisted on using more concrete blocks to raise the building up a few more inches as it has already settled and is in contact with the ground. Let me know if anything can be done at this time.

The crew came with all needed supplies at 10:00am. They erected the 12'x24' delux building with pourch, painted and cleaned up throroughly by 3:30pm! Each man on the crew knew exactly what to do and the foreman did a super job, making sure that I was completely satisfied. I would certainly recommend this building to anyone. The electrician I hired to wire the building commented, "this sure is a good building."
