The quality of the shed, the quality of the service were all GREAT! The installers were professional and completed the shed in about 4 hours. All in all the entire job, from purchase to completion, was excellent!

We love our storage shed it is perfect for what we want to store in it. The shed went together really fast and we were painting it in hours. Shed is really sturdy and will hold up to our strong winds.

Everything went great after a way to the backyard was agreed on. Install done in a timely, orderly, and safely. Clean up was through. All debris was removed.

The installers were very efficient, patient and informative. They allowed me to take photos of the progress of the install. It was a very momentous occasion for me, that day, and I wanted to document the event to share. When I had questions, they provided me with answers. I was very impressed and pleased!

Installers arrived on time, were pleasant to deal with, and worked efficiently to complete the installation within a few hours.
But then a problem arose. They miscalculated the specific shelf height we had agreed-on so the shelves were too close to one another.
The lead man promised to come back within a week to re-install the shelving. But when I called a week later he told me he had broken his hand, and that he would immediately inform his boss, and the boss would coordinate with us to finish the job.
But a few days later, when we traced-down the contact information for the boss, he said he knew nothing about it. Finally, 3 weeks after the initial installation date, a worker came back and the job was completed.

The product is sound. I think I made a mistake in the ordering process because I really wanted the unit with a door opening along the side. I was there to tell the installer where we wanted the unit but had to leave before he completed the work. The installer gave my wife the keys and she didn't think to open the door. The door swings out and hits a new electrical conduit that won't allow the door to open. The installer had to have realized this but he did not tell me when we talked about placement and did not tell or show my wife.
It was just not honest work. But what made it worse is whrn the post install evaluation call came the rep was totally unsupportive and just wanted to wt off the phone. It made this a poor experience.
No, I do not recommend this product.
