Only disappointment was the colors. We had to choose colors to match our house to get approval from our owners association. The color swatches in the brochure did not represent the actual color. Now we have to repaint the shed. One lure to this product was the free paint. This was disappointing.

We are really happy with the purchase of the Tuff Shed. It is very good quality and the installers did a great job putting it up. The barn looks really good in our yard. We have been telling all our family and friends about it.

Everything went great except installed window track was bad. Called for service but no one ever responded. Will call again today to try and get it repaired.

I called in and told them I needed ankors, and they said they would tell someone. I spoke to the salesman on there staff. THe shed came without them and I will have to order them again so I can have my building inspected.

The two gentlemen that installed were very good representatives of the company and the lead man (Toni?) was very good at both his job and answering questions. The staff at Home Depot treated us very well, were well versed in the product and stepped up to readily assist when we had to make a last minute change.

I love my tough shed. Well worth the money. Installers did an awesome job. They were very clean and didnt damage grass or flowers in the process. Customer service in the store however was horrid. No one in the store knows whats going on half the time. They acted like this was the first shed they'd ever sold. Lots of confusion. The tough shed rep however did handle all my questions and made the process bareable. The store does need to send it employees to training so they have a clue!

I chose the Tuffshed because of 2x4 wall studs / 16" OC - and the shed is SOLID! I went with the Deluxe package - and the paint, shelving, flooring and double-doors are all first rate! Would definitely buy a Tuffshed again!
