My only issue was the fact the the installers didn't wash their hands before they put the doors back on. Had fingerprints all over everything.

Our carpet was installed just days after we ordered it. The company was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The installer called the night before to confirm our time and then called 30 minutes before he got there. He was done in less than 4 hours and did a great job. I had to call him afterwards and he was very professional and helped me with my questions. We even had a bit leftover!

The installation went great but they were not able to do it in 72 business hours from the time we paid. I talked to the store manager who said if the couldn't do it in 72 hours that he would give us a discount and I have tried to call back and no one will return my calls. I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service. It was a house we were listing for sale that was scheduled to have an open house and because the carpet was late getting installed it pushed everything back and we had to wait until the next weekend to do the open house. The communication with the home depot vendor was horrible and they were very rude. If you cant install it in 72 hours then it shouldnt be a home depot promise.

We had 3 quotes and Home Depot was the least expensive and we had a few padding upgrade to boot! They were quick too!! We didn't want to spend a lot as we were selling the house and still wanted new carpet for the new owners. We were satisfied.

Some glitches with the measuring, which did not match either the photos or the reality, but after the installation, an adjustment was made, thanks to the installers inputting corrected data. Looks great!

Installers left garbage behind, bent brackets on the closet doors and worst of all, 3 of the installers urinated on my lawn in the snow just outside my garage service door. I walked out to verify the color of carpet and saw them doing it. Extremely gross when I have little kids who like to play in the snow.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The install crew was running behind schedule not their fault but once they got here they worked fast and hard. The results of their work is outstanding, I'd recommend these guys to anyone I know.

it took way too long to install the carpet from the day of the measurement. It took over 12 days before we got a call from the installer. we're happy about the choices of carpet and the install. but they forgot to do the stairs, and nobody wants to take responsibility for it. Even though I brought it up to the store prior to the installer coming, no action was taken. I was asked whether I was present when the measuring co. came in? I was, but I did show them the bedroom down stairs , the stairs and the two bedroom upstairs. But somehow the stairs were left out. I offered to buy more carpet but that wasn't accepted. Why I don't know. It seems there were too many people involved in the process, and the left didn't what the right was doing. A total lack of communication. The first question from any visitor to the home is what's wit the stairs?

i always go to home depot cuz they've always had excellent service. there employees know what there doing and do it good and you can always find what your looking for. they just installed carpet in my house. ordered, shipped and installed in like a week "fast and affordable". i looked at like 4 other places even my buddy couldn't hook me up with the price they gave me. theres nothing like the feeling of new beautiful, soft carpet under your feet.
me and my wife are preparing for our baby girl on the way. i tiled my whole house and fixed drywall and even bought a new rug. all with there help

We had carpet installed in two different dates with two different installers. I would definitely give 5 stars for the first group of installers. They were clean, professional, and the carpet looks great! However, with our second installer, the carpet on the stairs looks terrible. Also, the lines between the cuts are very obvious, where they are not on the first installation. (It is the same carpet for both installations.) Our walls were so dinged up during the process that I am still trying to repair the spots.
